Our luxurious country house is built in the middle of an overgrown property with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy.

The architecture of the villa is fully in line with the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts. The villa is fully renovated, furnished with new furniture, air-conditioned with modern equipment, central heated.

The space:
Anastasia is a luxurious villa of 340 sqm, situated in a vineyard estate of 50.000 sqm.

This luxurious villa is spread in three levels, consisting in total of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with capacity up to 14 guests (12 adults and 2 children), offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices.
The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 120sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage. Next to the pool a large roofed BBQ is built, with dining tables for 14 persons. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 600sqm.

The main entrance of the villa leads to the 60sqm living room with fireplace and a luxurious dining table. The 5 door-windows offer great views to the pool and the vineyard. At the ground floor, next to the pool, are also situated a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three more bedrooms: one with double bed, a children's room with one sofa-bed and one double decker and the third with two single beds, with their own large bathroom. The veranda of 235sqm is covered, has a dining table and a fantastic view over the pool, the lawn playground under the olive trees and the tennis court.

On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) with their bathroom, all with their own large balconies offering wonderful view not only of the estate but of the whole central area of the island.

What’s special about Anastasia luxurious villa is its basement featuring two separate rooms: a gym and a cellar. The gym gives you the chance to work out on a treadmill, a spinning bike or a rowing machine and from our wine-vault you can taste the best labels, not only from local wineries but also from all over Greece.

A bicycle and jogging path 800m long leads you through the whole vineyard. Free bicycles are provided.

The estate is situated at a 10-20 minutes distance by car from some of the most popular beaches of the island.
