Location, location, location

Property is a little dated. It is located at an excellent location and the property manager went out of his way for us. I would definitely return.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber. Die Nähe zum Strand ist zwar gegeben, man muss jedoch entweder eine stark befahrene Straße überqueren oder durch eine etwas gruselige, jedoch beleuchtete Unterführung gehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort unsere Anfragen beantwortet.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war klein und einfach aber es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Leider hat die eine Schlafcouch bei jeder Bewegung schrecklich gequietscht. Die Anlage ist groß und gepflegt. Den Pool können wir nicht beurteilen. Da durfte unser Hund nicht mit hin. Die Lage ist super klasse. Der kleine Tunnel ist etwas gruselig aber man war schnell am See. Mauro ist der beste Vermieter den wir bisher hatten!!!

gute Unterkunft zum fairen Preis

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen... von Ankunft bis Abfahrt lief alles reibungslos und der Vermieter Mauro war immer ansprechbar (sei es persönlich oder über WhatsApp, etc.)... Wer ein Apartment unweit vom Strand sowie der Promenade von Garda sucht, kann hier fündig werden.

Super séjour lac de Garde

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour ! Mauro est très accueillant, et disponible. L'emplacement de la résidence pour l'accès au lac sans avoir à traverser la route est optimal. La piscine top , les enfants et nous mêmes l'avons beaucoup appréciée ainsi que la climatisation dans notre appartement ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Appartamento pulitissimo.Lenzuola bianco splendenti,stirato di fresco.Bagno funzionale,pulito(io sono una collaboratrice,perciò esigente😂) Cucina piccola,ma pulita ed attrezzata. Stoviglie ci sono tutte Zucchero,sale,è in dotazione Un panorama incredibile dalle finestre ed ancora più mozzafiato dal tetto/solarium Piscina fantastica, pulitissima, proprietaria piscina/ristorante,pizzeria gentilissima.Prezzi molto abbordabili. Passaggio per arrivare al lago comodissimo. Che dire,ci ritorniamo di sicuro.Grazie Mauro.

Würde ich wieder buchen .wohnung war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Herr Mauro ist besonders hervorzuheben, er hat sich vor lauter Hilfsbereitschaft fast überschlagen. Danke dafür.

3 giorni di relax

abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni di relax e tutto era perfetto. Mauro, il propretario, è stato disponibilissimo, visto che abbiamo dovuto effettuare qualcche modifica al ns soggiorno. Appartamento pulito ed il soggiorno curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro di Garda con una tranquilla passeggiata a piedi.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Mauro’s apartment. It was very well equipped and he was extremely helpful. It did get hot, and he supplied fans which were much appreciated and we were comfortable with the fans going (air con was listed, but wasn’t very effective) The building is old, but that didn’t concern us. A short, easy walk into town using the tunnel that gets you down to the lake shore. The pool is a little walk away uphill but is gorgeous and a very good size. Overall a good stay, and good value for money.

Real home from home

Mauro is a brilliant host, nothing is too much trouble e.g he provided extra fans as the weather was really hot, gabe a full tour on arrival. The apartment is really well equipped and the location is superb, private off-road parking behind electric gates. The pool is nice too. Excellent value, highly recommended

Ambiente elegante,ben arredato,con moltissimi extra gratuiti,all’interno di un parco molto bello.

Ambiente molto bello,tutti i confort; appartamento completo con tutte le dotazioni e moltissime dotazioni extra gratuite( PlayStation,film etc),accoglienza squisita,frigo pieno di acqua,latte,bibite,frutta,biscotti, guide turistiche ,cartine e come plus il sig. Mauro.

Sehr schöne - teilweise private- Anlage. Die gute Lage und vor Allem der tolle Service (Danke Mauro !) inkl. Früchtekorb und Getränken im Kühlschrank sind die 5 Sterne wert ! Absolut empfehlenswert !

Highly Recommend

Family of 3 (with 11 year old) Firstly this apartment was so easy to get to using public transport from Verona airport (ATV bus service) - Mauro the owner of the property ensures his guests have everything needed (and more - I have never received such a generous welcome pack on arrival) - The building itself is dated but don't let that fact put you off coming - everywhere is incredibly clean and well maintained including the gardens and communal areas. We stayed in apartment 332 which was spacious and had everything we needed - Wifi, films, PC and playstation 3 kept our 11 year old happy while in the apartment and an excellent outdoor pool which was a 5 min walk away (up the hill) the pizzeria restaurant was also extremely good (fair prices) and we ate there on a number of occasions over the fortnight. There is a bus stop right outside the residence which made travel very easy to visit the areas around lake Garda - we especially liked Peschiera, Lasize, Bardolino and Malcesine. Theme parks Gardaland, Movieland and the water park are also very easy to get to. (If visiting canevaworld .....water park and movieland in 1 day we suggest doing waterpark first then movieland) All in all we had a fabulous 2 weeks in Mauro's apartment 332 and would recommend to anyone looking to stay. #1stclasshospitality #greatlocation #clean #homefromhome

Excellent apartment for 2

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a much appreciated generous welcome pack. The building is a bit tired (from the 50s I think) but clean and functional. The complex is well located, with easy access to the promenade, just a few minutes walk from town. Bit of a climb to the pool, but worth it - surrounded by olive trees for welcome shade, and with a good bar/pizzeria to hand. And the sun terrace has plenty of sunbeds and parasols, if you don't fancy the climb to the pool. And Mauro is the best local manager you could hope for. Always attentive and helpful. Garda town proved a good base for us, both for local eateries and for walking, cycling, bus and ferry trips.

a dated building, but apartment very clean, comfortable and very well equipped

Even tho the building is 1960s and dated, the apartment was excellent. The grounds are lovely, and the woodland walk up the hill to the pool is lovely too. The pool is as good, if not better, than some on the Mediterranean, although it can get very busy. The apartment is very well situated and it only takes 5-10 mins to walk from the apt round the lake into Garda. The owner, Mauro Dona, couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our holiday. He offered invaluable advice, and even booked our train tickets to Venice. Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely think about going back.

Great return visit

This was ours second time in Mauro's apartment, and again everything was perfect - lift with luggage from the bus station, clean and tidy rooms, excellent facilities, and help on hand all week as required. I hope it will not be long before we come again!

Accolti in maniera egregia!!!

Posto strategico , a neanche 10 min a piedi dalla passeggiata di Garda, monolocale molto ben attrezzato , pulito e vista lago, la struttura è un po' datata ma immersa in un bel parco.Io e la mia famiglia stiamo stati molto bene e il proprietario è stato gentilissimo , disponibile e onesto!!

Sehr begeistert

Alles war super sauber. Der Vermieter konnte perfekt Englisch und war sehr zuvorkommend. Nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch zum Gardasee. Direkt in einer Bucht gelegen, umgeben von großen Bergen. Super schön. Toller Pool. Ich kann es wirklich weiter empfehlen und werde auch selbst wieder dorthin fahren. Promenade in ca 15 min Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Wonderful holidays!!!

Though we had a horrible trip to Garda (our car was broken), we were able to relax at the moment, we arrived. Mauro was a great host. We loved everything: the appartment with the filled fridge and the PS3 (:)), the beach at the lake, Garda (just a few minutes by feet), the park around our appartment, the pool, the pizza and the sun!!!! It was so hot, that we couldn`t use the sun-deck - so we`ll enjoy it next time! Thank you, Mauro! We had great holidays!!!

fantastic apartment, scenery, pool & gardens

Had a fantastic stay here at the Euro residence in July and could not recommend it more. Mauro was the most helpful and kind apartment owner that we could have asked for. We were greeted with a warm welcome and throughout our stay Mauro helped us plan trips to Venice and around the lake - its always handy having local advice! The place itself is lovely and spacious and we can honestly not fault it as it had everything we needed. The lovely pool was by far the biggest surprise as the views are spectacular and well worth the uphill walk. The Euro residence is a short walking distance away from Garda Centre (only 10 Minutes walk) and it is nice and quiet . The grounds are well maintained too and one of the biggest bonuses was being so close to the beach. Overall, we had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend it and we would stay here again without hesitation
