Panoramic villa with pool in front of the beach

Bright and airy villa with PRIVATE POOL located right above the dazzling bay of Guidaloca: just cross the road and go down a staircase to be with your feet in crystal clear water. Villa Perla is exceptionally panoramic and offers plenty of space for relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with lawns, palm trees and typical Mediterranean plants as well as a furnished terrace with a refreshing outdoor shower.

The outdoor space intertwines seamlessly with the tastefully furnished living and dining room on the ground floor thanks to four large French doors. On the ground floor you'll find a bright blue kitchen with dishwasher and one of the two bathrooms. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area with three bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) and a second bathroom with shower. A sofa bed for the seventh guest is located in the living room. Please note that there are no blackout curtains here.

The position of Villa Perla gets even better if you consider that you are at only 3 km from the picturesque village of Scopello, 4 km from the Nature Reserve dello Zingaro, 6 km from the restaurants, the thermal baths and sandy beaches of Castellammare del Golfo, and 20 km from the magnificent Ancient Greek Temple of Segesta. Last but not least, the famous sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo which is at only 40 minutes drive. In other words, Villa Perla is the ideal place to relax while exploring the Western side of Sicily.

The private pool measures 4x8 m and it is 1,30m deep.

Absolutely lovely stay in this fabulous villa. Giulia and Victor were responsive and helpful pre-arrival, and Cristina the owner couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The villa was really clean, well stocked with a great welcome package…… great location, beautiful villa, everything we were hoping for……

Cristina was a fantastic host!! Her recommendations were amazing and it really made the stay fantastic. She was happy to help book places to go and was checking in with how we were getting on. The house and surrounding area was beautiful and very private with a short walk to the beach if you wanted to change it up. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful home right on the beach with beautiful untouched coves within walking distance. Cristina was excellent with local tips and help throughout our stay. Perfect home for young families with a gorgeous garden to explore and lots of space.

Great house and great location. The beach is about 5 minutes walking, and is a great beach. Fantastic for kids. Restaurants are also close. At night there is a fresh breeze that helps balance the hot days. The swimming pool is new and again great for the kids. Garden and house grounds well taken care off.

This place is a gem. The whole villa is amazing. The grounds are large and green and it's just a short walk down the stairs to the beach, we spent days laying in the sun on the lounges. The place was very clean with all new amenities. It's a great location to visit all the Western parts of Sicily (you do need to hire a car). We had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend. Cristina is also a great host with great local recommendations!

Wonderful villa

My family had a wonderful stay at Villa Perla. The villa itself was clean and comfortable. We spent several days relaxing in the pool and enjoying the beautiful view and garden area. The location is great! Scopello ( a few minutes drive away) is absolutely charming with several very good bars/restaurants to choose from. We were also able to tour Palermo and the temples in Agrigento. Christina the owner gave great restaurant recommendations, was very responsive to texts with any questions and made checkin/checkout a breeze. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 6 adults and we had an amazing stay. The host was very responsive and flexible with both check in and check out, the house is well furnished and is on an amazing location, a few stairs from the beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped and we very much enjoyed the vast exterior including pool and barbecue nights. The kitchen is a bit small but it was manageable as we took turns to prepare meals. We had very nice recommendations (including a local book guide) of restaurants, visits, where to buy groceries etc. and we were also welcomed with gifts which proves how thoughtful the host is. I definetly recommend this house for a nice stay in Sicily!

Our family of six adults had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The house is immaculate and perfectly located close to the beach. The stairs to the beach are easy and safe. The house is quite compact inside but has expansive outside options - this is where we spent our time. Everything you need is in the house and it is very clean and well organised. When we arrived we were greeted with a gift of amazing Sicilian cakes which made us feel welcome. Also there were drinks in the fridge (beer, wine aperol) fruit, plenty of water and all the cleaning stuff (dishwashing power, laundry liquid, soap, toilet paper, etc). I would call this exceptional Sicilian hospitality. In the area we visited Erice, the hot water springs, rented boat at Castelmare and went to san Vito (stopping at coves for a swim en route) beached at Castelmare & walked / swam Zingaro. We enjoyed scopello & Castelmare for eating out as well. In short both the house and the environment have much to offer.

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay. The outside space in particular is very generous and comfortable, with lots of different areas to sit in and plenty of comfortable garden furniture. The house is lovely, the open plan living area is very nice although we spent all our time outside. The kitchen is small but well equipped and with excellent locals shops, cooking at home was a great option. Our host, Cristina, was really friendly and helpful. She gave us some excellent recommendations (also provided in the very useful guide left in the house) and booked us tables at her favourite restaurants which were excellent. She also left us complimentary drinks which was very welcome and always responded immediately. We absolutely loved being so close to the sea. The beach was busy during the day but it was lovely to be able to go for morning walks with nobody else there, or just pop along for a swim during the days at home and then head back to the house to relax.

både Christina og huset er fantastiske. beliggenhed kunne ikke være bedre. Huset er hyggeligt, anvendeligt og rent. Alt fungerer, dog kunne køkkenet bruge lidt ekstra køkkenredskaber. Da vi ankom sent med sultne børn, havde Christina sørget for pizzaer, drikkelse og at vi havde morgenmad til den første dag. Det var rigtig dejligt. Under vores ophold kunne vi få gode forslag til seværdigheder og restauranter. Christina svarede med det samme når vi skrev til hende. En fantastisk rejse som vi ikke vil glemme.
