Introducing Coastal Nest BH207! This 3rd floor condo, with no elevator access, offers an open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have their own bath. Oh! Did we mention the sunrises are amazing! The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.
Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:
Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
