The Space:

The house is perfectly setup for a trip to London.

Two bedrooms boast sumptuous king sized beds and the third one a comfortable bunk bed.

Both bathrooms have bath tubs and the master one also includes a shower.

The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal.



Please note there is no dishwasher or washing machine in this property.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

Less than a 5 minute walk to both Hyde Park and Marble Arch, this deluxe house is located in a quiet mews with quick access to the famous Oxford Street and Bond Street, overflowing with reputable retailers such as Selfridges and John Lewis. The exclusive Connaught Village is a stone's throw away, where you can find designer boutiques, art galleries and restaurants, and the luxurious Harrods is a mere 20 minute trip away.

There are several local amenities, including great pubs and restaurants that satisfy all tastes and preferences, all just under 10 minutes away from the property. Donostia for gourmet tapas in an elongated room with tables and stools at marble-topped bar, and an open kitchen, Bernadi’s Restaurant and Bar for Italian food & drinks in a polished, with a basement bar & terrace, Vinoteca for the wine lovers, Maroush Restaurant, a family friendly Lebanese restaurant, Sandy’s for delicious home-made desserts and Kurobuta that serves an inventive take on Japanese cuisine in an unpretentious, relaxed setting with an open kitchen.

If you want to experience the traditional English pub, the Duke of Kendal and The Portman are great options.

To grab a cup of coffee you can choose from a variety of independent coffee shops that offer several rich flavoured options, such as The Borough Barista, H R Higgins and Workshop Coffee, all within walking distance.

For groceries Waitrose supermarket is a short walk from the house.

The Regent Street Cinema and the Everyman Cinema are also close to the house.



Getting Around:

The Marble Arch Station (Central Line) is less than 5 minutes away and the surrounding area is very well serviced by buses that will take you all around London, offering you a marvellous overview of the key sights.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



If the booking is 7 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £176 inc VAT. Payment will be taken at the time of the booking, and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. For longer bookings, Mid Stay Cleans will be required to take place weekly.



We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.



Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.



The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
