CUVI Holiday House with Garden is a 3 star Holiday House. It is located in Rovinj 2 km from town centre and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 90 m2 and terrace is 40 m2. The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the hallway on the first floor and the other air conditioner is located in the living room on the ground floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

A wonderful hideaway

A beautiful green hideaway close to Rovinj, very clean house with everything you need, a large garden with beautiful olive trees, very friendly owner! The best place if you have a dog!

High-end vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! Fit our needs perfectly with two small children. The yard is safe and huge for them to explore and play independently. The beach and bike paths were very easy to access. Easy drive to town but away from all the tourists. Felt like a true vacation!

Extraordinary journey!

A beautiful house with a gorgeous yard for the whole family, plus dogs to play in. Two amazing local restaurants within a two minute walk and the beach about a ten minute walk (or four minute drive if you bring kids). The host was super responsive and you could tell they cared about making our stay one of a kind! Can’t wait to take the family back!

Nice place

Found everything as described and commented by others. Were especially pleased by cleanliness. The only little thing to criticize was dogs barking at night in the neighborhood. Somehow to be expected in this quasi rural environment. Nevertheless: Highly recommended.

We had very nice days with our dogs in the Cuvi house. Very beautiful, spacious garden. In 5 minutes you are in Rovinj. Only the kitchen equipment could be a little more loving

Great place for making amazing memories

The place was clean, specious, kitchen is equipped with everything you might need (plates, cutlery, napkins, dishwasher, kettle, mixer, big fridge, oven..... really has it all). Terrace is really nice. Space around the house is just magnificent - olive trees and beautiful green grass. My lil doggy enjoyed her time there (yard around the house is 6000m2 big and fenced so she couldn't get lost). Rooms have enough storage/wardrobes. There are 3 bathrooms (2 with showers). You get plenty of extra clean towels. The host was very helpful coz navigation took us into wrong direction but he came and picked us up within less than 2mins. Beach is 10min walk (regular and dog beach) or 2min by car. There are two camps close by with pools and all beach facilities you might need and its as well 2min away by car. The center of Rovinj (Old Town) is 5 mins by car. There is lil grocery shop and pharmacy literally 1min by car and if you want big grocery chains, again, 5min by car so the location is great.

Glorious residence!

Tolle Unterkunft. Schnell in der Stadt als auch am Strand. Nachteil sind allerdings die Nachts bellenden Hunde auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Wissenswert ist, dass der Sohn ebenfalls mit auf dem Grundstück in einem Mobilheim wohnt. Und hat es nicht sonderlich gestört aber es kommen immer wieder Autos aufs Gelände gefahren. Würde die Unterkunft aber im Ganzen weiterempfehlen

Für uns war es passend

Wir waren zu dritt. Jede hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Das eine mit den Einzelbetten ist etwas klein,wohl eher für Kinder. Sein Olivenöl ist klasse. Kann es nur empfehlen und auch die Delfin und Rovinj-Tour kann man über ihn buchen, sehr sehenswert. Leider war auf dem Weg zum Strand eine Baustelle, da ging es etwas länger den Fahrradweg entlang zu laufen.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir waren 8 Tage zu sechst mit Hund in dem Haus und es war wunderschön! Es war ein süßer Empfang mit Getränken und Knabbereien, richtig lieb fürs Ankommen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Genügend Handtücher liegen bereit, der Garten ist ein Traum. Das Restaurant direkt neben der Einfahrt ist zu empfehlen. Strände alle fußläufig, nur zum Einkaufen muss man ein paar Meter fahren.

Super für einen Kurztripp mit Hund

Bei strömenden Regen angekommen und sehr freundlich empfangen. Großer eingezäunter Garten- ideal wenn man mit einem Hund unterwegs ist. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, es gibt alles was man benötigt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es ca 700 - 1.000m zu Fuß- ein schöner Spaziergang. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist das Bett- für mich persönlich waren die Matratzen einfach zu weich. Wer gerne so schläft für den ist es bestimmt perfekt.

Ruim huis. Groot terrein voor je alleen. Centrum en supermarkt met auto makkelijk te bereiken.

Ontbijt was niet inclusief. Keuken was net goed qua voorzieningen. Voor huisje bestemd voor 6 personen waren er niet genoeg glazen, mokken. Voor 3 personen koken was goed maar 6 personen zal toch praktische problemen geven. In huis voor 3 personen genoeg aan sofa en stoel Huis stond heerlijk in olijfgaard en tuinstoelen waren uitstekend. Supermarkt was met de auto 6 minuten rijden. Oud centrum 15 min rijden maar erg de moeite waard

Minden a leírtaknak megfelelt. Kandallóhoz, kerti grillhez fa bekészítve. Privát, hatalmas rendezett udvar. Rovinj központ, part gyalog kényelmesen elérhető. Meglepetés gyümölc, csoki, italok. 2 fürdő, 3 wc remek. Kommunikáció angolul.

Schön und idyllisch

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Das Haus befindet sich in einer idyllischen Lage mit großem Garten und Olivenbäumen in Privatsphäre. Es war alles sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Eine Klimaanlage in beiden Stockwerken ist vorhanden, was bei den Temperaturen auch sehr hilfreich war. Neben dem Grundstück befinden sich direkt 2 Restaurants. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten fussläufig entfernt, dort gibt es einen schönen langen Stein/Kiesstrand. In die Stadt/zum Hafen läuft man ca. 35. min zu Fuß. Man kann sich aber auch Fahrräder direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft leihen. Contra: Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Viele Mücken, Skorpione und Insekten sobald man die Fenster offen lässt, da keine Fliegengitter angebracht sind. Dafür gab es aber einiges gegen die Mücken (Sprays, etc.) Alles in einem verlief alles komplikationslos, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Très belle propriété à louer pour env. 1 semaine minimum pour rayonner en Istrie

Très belle propriété avec beaucoup de terrain inconstructible, soit env. 4'000m2 et bien entretenu. L'hôte est très avenant et réagit rapidement en cas de besoin.

Prima vakantie!

Huis ligt op een groot stuk grond wat vanaf de weg niet te zien is. Het is volledig omheind dus je huisdier kan niet weg. In de tuin staan veel olijfbomen en vanaf de weg is er een oprijlaan naar de woning toe. Huis heeft drie slaapkamers, airco in huis (zorgde voor aangenaam klimaat in huis) en voor het huis overkapping met tafel en zes stoelen. Prima locatie met een huisdier.

Tolles Haus!

Umfangreich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus am Ortsrand, große überdachte Terasse und Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Mandel, Steineichen. Strand und Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!
