Villa Cypress is a charming retreat with spectacular views over the sea to Ithaca, Lefkas and islands beyond.
Tucked away at the end of a country lane in the small village of Konidarata, a short drive takes you to Fiskardo harbour with restaurants, cafes and shops. A number of beautiful beaches are within an easy drive. There are traditional inland tavernas to explore together with local well stocked supermarkets a five minute car or taxi ride away.

The villa overlooks hillsides dotted with cypress and olive trees and the peacefulness is occasionally interrupted by the sound of sheep or goat bells as they wander below. Stunning sunrises over Ithaca are certainly worth an early morning rise. While away time watching the many boats criss-crossing the sparkling blue sea.

On entering the villa there is an open plan lounge with comfy sofas, a well stocked bookcase, access to a bathroom room/wet room and dining area and kitchen. Patio doors lead out to the pool, terraces and pretty gardens.

The ground floor has an en suite bedroom with king size bed, patio doors to the pool and terrace.

From the lounge, stairs take you to a double bedroom with king size bed and patio doors leading to a large balcony with table and chairs. Next door is a twin bedroom. A bathroom with shower is also on this floor.

Each bedroom has beautiful traditional Kefalonian wooden ceilings, stunning views of the sea, islands and surrounding countryside as you open the honey-coloured traditional shutters.

The rear terrace overlooks a traditional stone walled garden with fruit trees and captures the evening sun. Or find a shady spot under the large old olive tree to turn a few pages of a book. The comfortable sunbeds are easy to move around and a gas barbecue is perfect to rustle up favourite dishes.
