Villa Ca la Tia Joanaina is a new and exciting property with a unique location just a couple of steps from the beach and shops in Puerto Pollensa. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning (for the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00 and 20:00) and a large private pool, this villa is a true gem in the most sought-after location. No car is required and you will have all the necessary facilities practically around the corner!



Inside, the villa is distributed over a single storey and has been completely renovated to include the most modern facilities and contemporary design. The interiors are spacious, spacious and welcoming, perfect for an unforgettable holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and 1 double, as well as 2 family bathrooms with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the most modern appliances and a dining table for 6 people. The large patio doors lead to the open terrace next to the swimming pool, with dining table and barbecue. The living room, once again with air conditioning, has a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen television.



Outside, the most exclusive feature of a house in this location is the incredibly large swimming pool. It boasts a sun terrace with loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. But with the perfect sandy beach just around the corner, the choice will be difficult: pool or beach?

*For cycling enthusiasts, Villa Ca la Tia Joanaina also offers access to a secure garage for bicycle storage, located just two streets from the property. Guests wishing to use this service can collect the key from our office upon arrival, having previously left a refundable deposit. The key must be returned to the office on the day of departure, at which time the deposit will be refunded.



Information to bear in mind:



In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, rubbish must not be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), which is why close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
