Gite of 6/8 pers (If a date is reserved, the second cottage can be free)

Beautiful renovations dating from 2009 for 2 large cottages and 2017 for the third .... the 2 large cottages are designed identically with a neat interior decoration. Each cottage can accommodate 4 to 6 people each or 8 people on 2 levels.
The living room is lit by two large openings in stone sizes (double glazed joinery) revealing the beams and old oak joist. The floors are divided between old-fashioned tiles, oak and fir floors with finely restored furniture.

Each cottage overlooks a private garden with flowers and parking for 2 or 3 cars. Garden furniture is provided as well as an outdoor barbecue.

Apart from the interior decoration, the lodgings for two of them are identical. We enter the cottage by a large living / kitchen of 35 m². Next to it is a first bedroom, the bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. This set forms the ground floor. The room is composed of 2 beds of 90 cm which can be proposed in large double bed. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people.
A second mezzanine bedroom with 140 cm bed develops an area of 20 m² upstairs with the possibility of 4 beds with 2 other beds of 90 cm. An umbrella bed is also available ... it is in the large wardrobe on the floor.

The third cottage offers smaller volumes but it is very functional and very popular.

Although a television equips each lodgings, it is possible to install at the request of other televisions in RdC or mezzanine.

A wifi connection allows to browse the Internet on all cottages.

The gîtes 1 and 2 are equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, gas hobs and a fridge - freezer. The small appliances are divided between coffee maker, kettle, iron and a raclette, a toaster and a vacuum cleaner.

The cottage 3 has no dishwasher, no freezer, no mico-waves.

Tourism in Anjou: 10 minutes from the lower Angevin valley (ornithological site), the castles of the Loire, troglodytes, the black frame of Saumur, etc.

Monthly rental possibilities with decreasing tariff.

The indicated price is for 4 people ... beyond, add 15 € per additional person for the duration of the stay in low season, 20 € in average period and 30 € in high period.

The cleaning fee is 90 €.
