We are disappointed that the villa did not meet your expectations, as we take great pride in caring for our guests and providing a comfortable, well-maintained property. However, for the benefit of future guests, we feel it is important to clarify that several statements in the review are factually inaccurate and give a misleading impression of both the property, location and the service provided. During your stay, we responded promptly to the minor matters brought to our attention and remained available to assist throughout. These matters were either resolved promptly or reflected individual expectations rather than any shortcoming in the facilities or service advertised. To put your review in context, the walk to the villa from the lower road takes approximately 10-12 minutes, not one hour. By car, El Portet Beach is approximately four minutes away, while Moraira town and Beach is around five minutes away. The high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and refrigerators were checked and found to be in good working order. Regarding the stair handrail, we acknowledge this as a welcome point. As health and safety are our priority, a handrail has already been ordered and will be fitted at the end of the 2026 season. It is unfortunate that the review presents these minor matters in a way that we believe is misleading and creates an inaccurate impression of the villa.
