Beautiful villa surrounded by 20000sqmt garden, set 1 mile from the beach, located within the boundaries of the natural reserve right at the Vendicari entrance to the National Park, 8 km from Noto.
170m2 villa with 250m2 terrace and swimming pool is composed of:

13mts long x 3. 5mts large. Stretchers and loungers. Shade. This is in common use with the users of the Junior Villa.

With fruit trees (lemon, olives, orange, figues etc), swimming pool.

Villa Vendicari Senior is the biggest building of the Villa Vendicari complex.

Private garden, private parking and swimming pool in shared use, which means you would be open to the possibility of somebody else renting the Villa Vendicari parking and swimming pool. If you want the exclusive, you do not need the junior villa you can request for the exclusive use with the booking.

On the contrary, if this is more expensive than you're willing to pay, you may want to rent just the Junior villa as for links above.

If you need catering and extra cleaning that can be arranged on request.

This is a roughly 1 mile away from a sandy beach and is in the vicinity of the Unesco World Heritage city of Noto, the famous for its baroque architecture. Please Google 'Vendicari Natural Reserve' to have a taste of the beauty you'll find here.
The complex is made out of two villas (Senior and Junior) all set on the ground floor, a total indoor space of 250sq mts, 20,000sq mts of garden, 700sq mts of terraces, a 13 by 3mts swimming pool, on the border with the natural reserve of Vendicari, a secluded location of the hustle bustle of holiday makers.
The bigger Senior Villa Vendicari (pictured here) consists of a living room with fireplace, flatscreen and large wall bench; dining room with table for 6; fully equipped kitchen; there are also 3 bedrooms with double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine and dining area.
The smaller Junior Villa Vendicari consists of a living room with a bedroom and a double sleeping couch; there is also a bedroom with double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine and dining area.
The terrace has garden furniture, sun shade and loungers. The property is enclosed and suitable for children and dogs. There is a swimming pool.
Please note that the holiday home can only be over a gravel path (about 500 meters long). We can provide a small children's holiday in the holiday house. Terraces and swimming pools are dangerous for children and they are forbidden their use of both without elders.
The beach is about 1 mile away. One can reach the beach by car or by bike or walking about 20 to 30min. The town center with restaurants is around 8km away.
50 euros per week.
You can be rented all in exclusive or just one of the two buildings depending on how much you're ready to invest on your holiday.
It is the best place to stay if you want to stay in the same room.


Beaches

The best beaches are in the natural reserve, you have Vendicari which is about 3min drive from home which I love, Marinelli which is about 7min drive, Cala Mosche which is about 10 min drive and Eloro which is about 15min drive, all of these you can reach walking through the natural reserve from Vendicari, easy walks in nature

Restaurants

Going to Vendicari There is a restaurant open air which I really love, you can not miss it. Going to Cala Mosche There are two restaurants that you can not find in Torre Unesco.

In Noto I go to Dammuso or to the Crucifix and I love both of them

In Scicli I go to Satra
