Hello, Thank you for your in depth feed back about Casa a Prato B. This is a centrally located apartment in a historical building. In any old building, you are going to have a different type of design, than modern day living. This is the charm of it. We have so many returning guests staying in our Casa al Prato apartments because they adore the charm and convenience to the town. We are of course sorry that the building design didn't suit you. There is of course no excuse for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. We really rely on our local office and team to adhere to high standards and unfortunately, this wasn't reflected for you. I will be sending your comments to the local team so they can rectify these issues and speak with the cleaning team. If you called us the moment you arrived, we would have sent new cleaners or offered to move you to another home. We thank you for your comments which always help us. We hope you still enjoyed your time in Varenna and took some happy memories home!
