Hello John, We appreciate your comments about your recent stay and pleased you had a great time! We hope you still took home some happy memories of Lake Como and it was a pleasure having you here.

Dear Dawn,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.We’re truly sorry to hear that the check-in process was difficult, especially considering the challenges you faced on arrival. Please allow us to clarify a few points regarding our procedures.Like most property managers, for security reasons, we do not send full arrival instructions at the time of booking. This is to ensure that sensitive information (like access details or key collection points) is not shared prematurely — especially in the event of a cancellation. It also helps avoid guests contacting the local team too far in advance, which can create confusion and delays closer to arrival time. That said, we are always happy to provide the property’s address upon request, especially for those planning more complex travel itineraries, and we encourage guests to reach out in advance should they need assistance. In general, our local team is available to coordinate arrival times, even on weekends, and we regret that this was not your experience. We will certainly follow up internally to understand what happened in this particular case. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the temporary Wi-Fi outage. Despite these issues, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the property itself and especially the spectacular view of Lake Como.Thank you again for your feedback, and please know that you are always welcome back!Warm regards,Lake Como Holiday Team

Thank you for your help with the taxi and luggage, and for fixing the mold issue in the bathroom. However, there were several issues during my stay, including the unresolved sink leak, lack of dish soap, broken Wi-Fi, poor lighting, and unpainted areas. I hope these can be addressed for future guests.Kind regards, Happy Rentals Team
