Amazing Apartment with a great view! Very clean and we were welcomed with a welcome box with food, coffee, and wine! Very friendly staff and an easy check in/out process. Very close to the ferry!

Absolutely Perfect Property in Menaggio! And crucially, given the heat wave that has blanket Europe this summer, the A/C was fantastic and kept the unit perfectly cool and comfortable. Check in and check out were simple, and the apartment is beautiful. Large rooms, bright and light, high ceilings, large windows with views of Lake Como. A quick walk to the ferry dock which can take you to Bellagio in 15mins. Overall, Ten Stars for this whole experience, we will be back!

Fantastic property

Property is beautiful. Very well done and the location is close to the lake, restaurants and activities. Street noise can be loud at busy times, but we really enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Beautiful with stunning views!

Recently renovated, stunning views of Lake Como throughout- to day! Construction in and outside the building, but didn't impact our stay. Be aware of lots of steps especially with luggage. No elevator.

The place itself was great. Clean, modern, well taken care of inside. All amenities that you might need. Views were spectacular and AC was perfect in summer heat. The location was also great, a short walk from the lake and "downtown" area of town. Overall, would definitely stay here again and would recommend. A few things worth noting...An extra set of towels would have been nice for our multi night stay for 4 of us. Sounds like that was available but with a specific request and for a price from the office around the corner.There are no lights in the stairwell. At night it was very dark coming up the stairs - 3-4 flights. We never felt any concern or that it was dangerous, but worth noting.Parking - it turned out to be quite easy actually once we got settled and found our way around town. But the initial check in process, finding the apartment building and door entry, the car pull up and unload luggage location, and then finding a place to park in an unfamiliar area was not ideal and made for a pretty stressful entry. Part of that could have been language barrier and not fully understanding where the apartment was and where to park from the instructions we were given - this definitely could have been easier and more clear - it's literally like 30-40 steps around corner from where you check in. Just wasn't clear.That said, the move out experience was much easier once we knew where to place the car and the luggage to load.A recommend for sure.

Convenient location to explore Lake Como

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Maria! The apartment was updated and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and we used it to cook many meals. The location was perfect to walk to the ferry, restaurants, and shopping. We walked along the water every morning and evening. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable Great air conditioning kept us comfortable as well. Check in and out were easy. We would recommend Casa Maria to everyone and would stay here again.

Perfect location and view

The property was perfect for us and our son. Very clean and comfortable, had plenty of room to spread out. The views were great! There is street noise, but it’s quiet at night and was never a problem for us. The only surprise was the entryway and climbing stairs to get to the unit. Was not an issue for us, but would be of concern if you aren’t able to climb steps.

We did not stay in this home.

We did not stay in this apartment. About a week before we left, the management company notified us that there was construction and they had another apartment available in another town. We were quite disappointed, but felt like we had no choice but to move to Lenno. Lenno is a lovely town and there was a beautiful view from the bedroom terrace, but the streets are very narrow and I didn't feel comfortable walking up the hill to the house with my young kids. We had lots of trouble reaching management. We lost electricity and it took all day for them to mention that there was a second circuit breaker. The wifi just did not work at all. It would be very helpful to have a short house manual available so that guests could know the tips and tricks that come with any particular house.
