Le Pressoir - Gite with covered pool - St Leon, Languidic, South Brittany

Le Pressoir is part of a traditional Breton farmhouse that has been fully restored and is now a beautifully spacious property that is ideal for holidays for groups of up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining sitting room. Up two steps there is the first of three ensuite bedrooms, the other two are upstairs on the first floor. All three bedrooms can be set up as either twins or doubles. Outside, there is a large private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
To the side of the house there is a communal laundry room with a toilet. This along with the half-acre garden that surrounds three sides of the house, the shaded play area and pool are shared with La Fermiere (property number 8843865).
The 11m x 5m heated pool with its retractable cover means that swimming is possible in all weathers. The pool area is surrounded by a fence and alarmed when the lockable cover is removed.
The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 from the end of April until the end of September. It is heated to a minimum of 23° during these months. We will remove and replace the cover according to the weather during your stay.
At only five kilometres from Languidic with its supermarket, bakeries and restaurants, Le Pressoir is ideally located for both those that wish to have a lazy holiday lounging by the pool and those that wish to explore the many different excursions the Morbihan offers including beaches within half an hour of the property.

We are open to family or friendly groups who agree to respect the premises and the neighbourhood.
Our agreed maximum capacity on the whole premises must be respected at all times during a stay both day and night.
The charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.
