It's the one you've been dreaming of!! Bright, modern and adorable cottage located in the quieter North section of Clearwater Beach, just 50 steps from curb to the sand, yet within easy walking distance to all the great Clearwater Beach attractions, including, restaurants, shops, bars & fabulous Pier 60.

Sedgwick Cottage has a full kitchen with farmhouse sink, gorgeous Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, with wonderful peeks of the Gulf through just about every window, as well as from your private deck landing. New, wood-grained ceramic tile floors throughout. The bedroom is brightly lit with a Queen-size Casper cooling mattress, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. This cottage will sleep 4 - maximum number of guests is 4. The bathroom is nice & large with a bathtub/shower combination. Parking on site.

We continue to offer free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, but STRONGLY SUGGEST TRIP INSURANCE (offered at check-out) to protect you for cancellations inside 30 days.

The Sedgwick properties altogether include the 2 Bedroom/2 Bath House situated in front (occupied full time)...THIS, the 1 Bedroom/1 Bath cottage at the rear of the house..and the free-standing beach studio, also at the rear of the property. This is a 1925 Old Florida beach property that has been completely transformed into one of the finest residential properties on the beach.

Outside you will find a tropically landscaped courtyard with BBQ grill and soft seating, along with the two-level "treehouse deck" providing nice views of the Gulf. The courtyard and deck are shared by guests of the Cottage and Beach Studio, as is the guest laundry room accessed off the deck.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking anywhere on property as of 5/11/2019.

What's provided: Hi-speed Internet, paper products to get you started, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bed linens, bath towels, Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer, coffee maker & filters. Kitchen supplied w/ dishes, pots & pans, kitchen essentials. BBQ grill, complimentary guest washer and dryer.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-ins okay.

We cannot say enough good about this delightful, clean cottage. It was all we needed and so well stocked with basics in order to make some of our own meals. We love the access to the beach! Our hosts were very kind!

I think this is the third time we’ve stayed here—it’s our first choice in Clearwater. The apartment and location are great and the owners are totally responsive. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town visiting family.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Everything you could possibly need is already stocked up in this cottage. The decor and comfort is top notch. We spent a lot of time just sitting in the cute little courtyard on the patio furniture. Andrea was so accommodating on so many levels and made our first trip to Clearwater our new favorite place to go.

Honeymoon 2025

We came here for our honeymoon. The cottage was perfect for us, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. It was a two minute walk to the waters edge. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back and stay in the same cottage or another with the same owner!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy, nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortable. It’s down the block from beautiful Clearwater Beach, so we were really happy here. We’d definitely stay here again. Owners are responsive and lovely.

Fabulous cottage!

We had a wonderful time at Sedgwick Cottage. Perfect location to the beach and local restaurants and attractions! Fully stocked with everything necessary for wonderful stay!! Sunsets on the beach were incredible only steps away! Would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful place and amazing location!

The property is just as described in the listing and the owners are very responsive, helpful, and kind. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and all amenities are just as described. This cottage it literally 40 steps away from the beach (that was our favorite part!!!) and it is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) of anything you will need to get to on Clearwater Beach. We loved the cottage and can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything Rob & Andrea!

Another great stay!

This was our second stay with this host. Another great stay. They are easy to communicate with. Our cottage was adorable. Stocked with everything you could need from kitchen to beach. Short walk to “ feet in the sand”. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage near Clearwater Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed. Just 100 steps to the beach! Loved the sitting area outside and visiting with our very nice neighbors who stayed next door in the studio. We just parked the car and walked to restaurants.Would definitely stay again sometime.

Great location, remarkable hosts

Perfect cottage location for our return visit in quieter area of Clearwater Beach that is just steps from the beautiful beach, yet walking distance to all the restaurants, a great Recreation Center and library, and Pier. Super responsive hosts that go above and beyond. Very clean, nicely appointed, well stocked, beach supplies and convenience of laundry - everything you need. Thank you for a nice, relaxing and warmer winter getaway!

Rob & I both grew up in California. I'm from the small coastal town of Santa Cruz. Rob grew up in Whittier, outside of LA. We met at an Anaheim Angels baseball game, eventually got married, moved to Atlanta & raised two kids. Before we knew it the kids were grown, flew the nest & we decided to leave the corporate world and live in Clearwater full time. We are restoring another Old Florida home and are excited to manage & host these wonderful properties to visitors from all over.

The Sedgwick properties have an ideal location at the north end of the beach. It is quieter than the main section of beach, yet close enough to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, marina & pier. The house, cottage & studio are only a 30 second walk down to the sand. Guests who have stayed at our properties have all commented on how close it is to the beach, the convenience of having everything available to them, the parking, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Rob & I bought this property in November, 2015 and spent the next 8 months fully renovating the house, cottage & studio from top to bottom. When we found this property we fell in love with the location and architectural style of this 1925 house. The renovation was a huge undertaking but this is what we love to do. Our goal was to create unique & memorable experiences for guests visiting America's #1 beach. Sedgwick Cottage is truly one-of-a-kind...you won't find anything like it!
