No details were overlooked in the complete and total remodel of this elegant and contemporary designed 1,544 square foot , 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Townhouse with spectacular ocean views. The high quality complete remodel/rebuild by the Interior Designer of this Townhouse features all new electrical, plumbing, windows and doors, walls, ceilings, lighting, all new kitchen and bathrooms, raised ceilings, and all new stainless steel Bosch appliances in the kitchen, independently controlled and programmable air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and in the living area on the second floor, and a laundry with washer and dryer. All of the furniture, linens, towels, mattresses, and furnishings throughout the Townhouse are also new. There is a large and open west facing deck that looks out over the Pacific Ocean with panoramic views, and a lovely east facing deck that overlooks lovely flower gardens and grounds. Our Solana Beach property also includes high speed WiFi Internet service, Cable TV on two high definition "4K" TVs located in the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom has a new and comfortable King Size bed, new furniture, and an all new and spacious Master Bathroom. The Second Bedroom has a new and comfortable Queen Size bed, furniture, and its own full and spacious bathroom.

This is a lovely and contemporarily remodeled vacation home in a beautiful location next to the Pacific Ocean in Solana Beach. With 160+ degree ocean views, this Townhouse is only a 2 minute stroll to some of the best beaches in San Diego County ... and southern California in general. Two reserved parking spaces for your cars are provided in the gated garage, along with a large separate locked storage cabinet to store all of your beach fun equipment. Only a short walk away from many good dining and shopping choices in Solana Beach, this is one of the best locations and properties in San Diego County !!

Air Conditioning: Very few properties on the Solana Beach 'Bluff' have air conditioning available. Our completely remodeled and contemporary designed Solana Beach property provides air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms, and on the second floor living area. Each of the bedrooms has its own independently programmable air conditioning, which allows you to control the room temperature, fan speeds, auto start and stop times, filters the air, and other features by remote control. In this way, you have the choice of either cooling the bedrooms by the natural air flow of the Ocean breezes (by far the way in which most guests prefer), or you can simply set the temperature that you like best and then enjoy a good night's sleep. Either way, you will enjoy your stay at our Solana Beach property overlooking the Ocean !

Our lovely Property located overlooking the Ocean is also within easy walking distance to "Cedros Ave", the Downtown Design District of Solana Beach. There are many 'one-of-a-kind' shops, boutiques and galleries, plus unique Home and Garden stores, that have made Cedros "the Avenue with Everything". Go surfing or hiking in the morning, walk to yoga, pilates, a salon or even a day spa in the afternoon and enjoy a great dinner and glass of wine at the 'Wild Note Cafe' in the evening, then catch a concert at the world famous 'Belly Up' music club next door. Catch the excitement of the near by Del Mar Racetrack. The Solana Beach train station is just short walk from the property, from which you can take a 20 minute train ride along the ocean straight into Downtown San Diego (from which it is also a less than 5 minute cab ride to the San Diego Airport!). You can also take the train to Orange County or Los Angeles ... with the many attractions there to entertain you! In short, Solana Beach has it all ... a vibrant, stylish and culturally rich urban coastal with a true California 'beach town' feeling !

Checking In and Out: On the day of your arrival, please note that the normal Check-In time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. On the day of your departure, the Check-Out time is oat or before 11:00 AM. Other arrangements can be made in advance and by appointment.
