Hillcrest Treehouse on the San Marcos River is the ideal family getaway. Nestled on a wooded 2 acres hillside, the Treehouse is the perfect blend of luxury and rustic charm. The 3750 sqft. home features two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. The top master offers a large walk in closet, a gorgeous stained glass window, and a smart TV. The downstairs master features French doors opening to a private deck perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails while taking in the sights and sounds of the river. Upstairs offers two more spacious guest rooms and a bathroom. The Bunkhouse features two entrances for privacy and convenience. This spacious room has 4 bunks with full beds on bottom and twins on top. It comes with its own bathroom and lounge area, equipped with cable TV, Xbox, Netflix, several games, and movies, making this a welcome retreat for friends or kids. A bonus room off the bunk house contains a desk and an antique twin bed for those who crave a little more privacy.

Downstairs boasts an open floorplan, including a recently remodeled, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you could need from a garlic press to a Keurig (complimentary tea and coffee provided). The kitchen leads into the family room and dining room. Off the family room is one of the many gems of the Treehouse; the large screened in porch overlooking the river. Offering majestic views of the river with several seating and dining options this area is truly perfect for relaxing or hanging out with large groups. The wrap around deck connects to the porch and dining room, making this the ideal place to grill up dinner after a relaxing day on the river.

A short walk down the stairs opens to a lower stone patio and yard area perfect for playing or relaxing on the hammocks. Just a few steps to the right and you are feet away from your private access to the San Marcos River. A deck overhanging the river is a perfect spot to sit right on the river and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets while listening to the rushing water. A pool type ladder off the deck allows for easy entry and exit from the river.

A 4 foot diameter Austin limestone fire pit is available for your use. Surrounding the fire pit is 16 foot diameter seating providing plenty of seating for the whole family to sit and enjoy the fire. A family favorite is to come and roast marsh mellows and make smores during the cooler Fall and Winter months. The fire pit is a must see addition to the home.

There is also a custom stone BBQ pit/smoker that is perfect for grilling for the whole family. At the front of the property enjoy access to your exclusive tennis court, rackets and balls, and an ambient lighted patio for spectator viewing. Additional amenities include use of life jackets and tubes. Two Kayaks are also available for use. There is truly something for everyone. Your stay at the Treehouse will be an unforgettable experience for you and the entire family.
