Great place, very friendly host

We had a lovely stay at the Kampis Villa. The villa offers a lot of space and really everything to make our stay memorable. The pool was perfect for small kids thanks to its shallow section, but was also big fun for us grown-ups. Xenia is a great host (always reachable via WhatsApp) and her next-door Taverna offers excellent food.

Holiday villa

A wonderful villa, fantastic pool and with everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. Thank you to our hosts who provided very welcome groceries and a bottle of wine on our first day and some delicious desert on our last evening and were close at hand for any problems. They have a lovely restaurant on site which had the best tsatsiki we had tasted and was super convenient to visit being literally just steps from the door! It is a great villa to base yourself at to see lots of local sites, but a car is a must. We had the most excellent holiday here and would absolutely recommend it.

Great villa in a great location

We had a brilliant week here. The villa was well equipped and we were left a most appreciated welcome pack that went well beyond normal provisions. The location was fairly central on the island so that all areas could be reached by car east and west and it really is a beautiful island. We had the pool heated but it was still too chilly for the adults (youngest daughter braved it). Thanks to Vallia for all the information and to Best Cars who were friendly and very efficient and to Xenia for coming to meet us. Highly recommended

Perfect Villa and exceptional hospitality

A lovely peaceful villa in a great location - 5mins from main road through Crete for exploring the island. This villa was very well appointed every time we thought oh that would be useful we found it in a drawer or a cupboard everything had been thought of! Xenia and Poppy were really helpful nothing was too much trouble from extra blankets to pool lights on a bit earlier if we asked it happened straight away. We had the pool heated and whilst it was still a bit chilly the children enjoyed it very much. We explored the south coast preveli beach, Rethymno old town was beautiful, we had many happy hours wandering the little streets, and our favourite karavosatasi beach in Bali! Clear seas, pedalos or kayaks for hire to visit cave beach next door only accessible by sea and lovely family restaurant.

Perfect stay in calm environement

Xenia was the perfect host, she picked us up when we arrived and there was already food in the fridge so we could have late sandwiches. She always helped us in a very friendly way. The house was perfect for is the pool already warm enough to bath in may! We also enjoyed the good food and welcoming gestures of niko and his cook. The house was very good cleaned each 4 days and in a perfect condition. Also we were positively surprised that all accomodation such as tabs for the washing machine and dish washer was provided. Thank you very much for this wonderful house and your helpful and friendly service. We enjoyed our time to the fullest. All the best to you. Kind regards Ariane

Séjour en famille

La villa est parfaite pour un séjour en famille, avec des services associés adaptés, un endroit au calme, des aménagements adaptés (piscines, chambres, terrasses...) et le lieu est parfait pour être au calme et en même temps à proximité des premiers magasins et des lieux d'activités (restaurants, plages...). C'était parfait.

Sehr sehr schön und gastfreundlich

Es war alles sehr sauber und die Gastgeber meega nett. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, etwas abgelegen aber in fünf Minuten ist man beim nächsten Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön, sehr nette Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienvilla war wunderschön. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war professionell, freundlich und unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und mit einem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank sowie einem üppigen Gruß aus der fußläufig entfernen Taverne begrüßt - sehr zu unserer Freude, da wir erst spät am Abend ankamen. Die Villa ist schön und mit allem, was man als Familie benötigt, eingerichtet, die Kinder haben den Pool genossen und bei Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes haben uns sowohl die sehr nette Gastgeberin als auch die Agentur sofort weitergeholfen. Sehr praktisch für uns als Familie war auch der Umstand, dass sich gleich in der Nähe eine Taverne befand, bei der man sowohl frühstücken (das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen) als auch gut warm essen konnte. Die Besitzer der Taverne waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Villa ist gut geeignet, um Ausflüge auf der Insel (insbesondere in den Süden) zu unternehmen; die Anmietung des Leihwagens über die Autovermietung, die mit der Agentur kooperiert, hat problemlos und zuverlässig funktioniert.

Super ausgestattete Villa mit tollem Pool

Die Villa ist sehr schön und es fehlt an nichts. Alle Zimmer waren klimatisiert, was bei 45 Grad sehr hilfreich war. Der Pool wurde immer gereinigt und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Restaurant war auch immer ein Besuch wert und das Essen war preiswert und lecker. Können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

Wundervoller Urlaub in der Kampos Villa III

Ein wunderbar ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool, bester Gastfreundschaft, gutem Wetter und einer hervorragenden Ansprechperson. Vor allem mit fünf Personen ist das Haus mehr als zu empfehlen. Wer etwas Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

perfect house with all comfort

Very nice and super clean house in the countryside. Fantastic pool overlooking the olive slopes, with all the things you could wish for a holiday house. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed it very much!

Le Paradis est sur Terre

Que dire? Un cadre magnifique dans un havre de paix,à perte de vue des oliviers. Les villas sont justes parfaites, tout y est,le bon goût et une sensation de sérénité. Le must, la possibilité de se faire livrer à domicile des plats à des prix abordables et un service ainsi qu' un sens de l accueil de grande qualité. Si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer ,vous retrouver en famille , être tout simplement heureux, alors n hésitez pas un seul instant. Merci encore pour cet accueil incroyable.
