External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Unique Features
Armonia Villa with its own private pool (6 x 4 meters, 1.50 m deep) & lawn covered area. The landscape outside your door makes this dreamy abode one you’ll be inspired to write home about. The Villa is located right across an old church, in a stone-paved narrow street, in a traditional settlement, which will immediately put you in the mood of the local way of life. Entering the Villa’s, arched, wooden door, you will find yourselves in your own personal Eden, a romantic courtyard of 100 sq. m., decorated with ceramic pithoi, potted plants and airy curtains.

The stone walls and wooden fence will provide absolute privacy while the red roof tiles. The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower and WC, sun beds and umbrellas, for your outmost comfort and relaxation. Additionally, BBQ facilities, outdoor dining and sitting areas are also available, inviting you to try al fresco dining, an experience that you will certainly love. Summer afternoons sat outdoors, hearing at the night birds and gazing upon the shiny stars, will create cherished reveries which will last long after your perfect holiday ends.

The area is very quiet, especially in the evening, when you can saunter around the charming villages with the only dilemma being choosing your favourite building, pathway or olive tree. To make things even better, right next to the Villa, there’s a garden with home grown, seasonal vegetables, where our guests are free to hand-pick everything they need for their salads and meals! Finally, bicycles are provided, so you can explore the village and nearby locations, exercise or just take a long walk which is the most convenient way to relief your stress.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Villa Armonia is ideal for a couple’s vacation, but also for a small group as it can accommodate up to 4 guests. It’s a ground floor property, which covers 70 sq. m. and provides easy access to the indoor and outdoor spaces. As you enter the Villa, an open-plan area consisting of the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area, welcomes you right away on your left. The wooden ceiling, open fireplace and comfortable sofas, will make you instantly feel at home!Each sofa converts to a sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional guests.

Ground floor:
Double-bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x 2,00), en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, lightened up with natural light from the window, 32’’ Satellite TV.

In case you are travelling with a baby, please let us know as a baby cot, high chair, baby bath and a stroller are available on request. A laundry room featuring a washing machine, cleaning utensils, iron and iron board is also available. Once the day is done there is nothing more heavenly than returning to this private haven and have a revitalising, good night’s sleep.

Location Overview

Armonia villa is located in the village of Pasalites. The village is a small settlement in the prefecture of Rethymno and the municipality of Mylopotamos. It is located in the northern foothills of Psiloritis in semi-mountainous terrain and east-southeast of the city of Rethymno. The villa ,with its ancient history and authentic ways of life, is An ideal place to learn about customs, traditions and experience a rural life. Also in the village guests will find a regional taverna as well as a traditional cafe. Throughout the area the visitor is invited to walk in a region of particular natural beauty, to admire important monuments and to experience the customary local hospitality. We are pleased to offer our delightful region for excursions or holidays, combining naturalist and archaeological routes that, in their total, constitute an important 'map' of experiences.

Perama town which is within 7 minutes driving you will find everything that you might desire like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, approximately 16 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

Panormos village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
