It was just our little family of 3 and we wanted a place to stay close to the beach that didn’t break the bank for our short 3 day stay. This cute little condo was perfect for what we needed! Beach access in the back yard with umbrella and seating on the beach! A big plus was the 24 hr market next door which was very convenient! I would recommend if you are looking for a quaint place within your budget!

A Gem on the Emerald Coast

Clean and affordable

Convenient location, bot crowded. I gave it a 4 just because furniture and bed could use updating. Property is very clean and right on the Beach. Easy check in and owners are quick to reply to questions. Enjoyed our stay

Southern Hospitality Still Alive & Well

It's a truly charming location with everything you need for a getaway. Everything was more convenient than expected so that was a welcome surprise during peak season. We met a lovely lady in the pool one afternoon who coincidently turned out to be our host. It's reassuring there are still people out there like her who actually care about your stay. We will be going back!

Tropical Isle Getaway

The location and neighborhood were great! The check in process was very easy. The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. My only complaints are that the bathtub needs a little attention and the dishwasher is not user friendly-it took me some time to figure out how to turn it on.

Location was great! The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The kitchen needed more cooking stuff and cleaning stuff. No dish soap for the sink. No wash rages and towels were limited. But a great place to stay for the price! We loved it and had a great time!

The Wifi kepted going in and out. That wasn't a big deal, we were too exhusted from our busy day any ways. The bed was on the stiff side, not too terrible. The beach is steps away which was a plus as well.

If I had anything that I was unsatisfied with it would be there wasn’t any coffee to go along with pot. I understand you don’t want people to steal it but maybe one filter would be nice. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. We’ve stayed in many tropical Isle rooms on previous vacations. This room was less nice than others. The mattress was EXTREMELY squeaky/grinding even just rolling over at night especially on the side closest to the window and very firm. All of the pillows are completely flat and not useable. It should be looked in to for future guests.

Great stay, great price

Our room was clean, the property manager was very helpful with all questions we had the building was very close to the water, and we loved having a pool that was pretty deserted whenever we wanted to hang out at it. The only problem we had was the pullout couch, it had springs that wouldn’t attach to the frame due to tears. I let Jesse, the property manager, know and he apologized for the inconvenience and an air mattress was immediately brought up to our room. The living room/dining area was not that big, so it took up all the walking space to get onto the kitchen, but we pretty much stayed at the beach and pool, so it wasn’t that big of a deal, until we were in for the evening. Then it was inconvenient, but we managed. We would definitely recommend the place to others as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
