Fountain view Apartment is a 2 bedroomed spacious apartment in a select development on the 1st floor .This property is in a superb location just a 5 minute walk from York train station and the city centre.
A 1 minute walk from the famous railway museum a popular attraction in York.
Just a short 5 minute walk to Coney street the main shopping street in York.
The property offers parking on your door step. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests the main bedroom is a king and a ensuite with a shower ,The second bedroom is a double.
The second bathroom is a bath and shower over the bath and toliet. The living room has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
Plenty of seating is provided for sprawling in front of the plasma screen tv the contempory fitted kitchen is well equipt and comprises of cooker, fridge , microwave, washer. In the dining room is a large dining table which allows you to sit down as group/family and have a meal and drinks.

Excellent Stay

The apartment was really lovely and modern. Nicely decorated throughout. 2 Bathrooms made it ideal for our group when we were getting ready to go out. Perfect location, literally a 5-10 minute walk into the city centre which was great. Easy check in process with easy to follow instructions and the girls who I spoke to on the phone were so lovely and really helpful. Had a brilliant stay and we are looking to book again sometime in the future

The host is kind with quick response to the issue and fixed it. The apartment is spacious and well decorated with assigned parking space. The view and the environment outside the apartment is nice and comfortable. It is good for short stay.

Great Stay!

Would definitely use York Boutique again and most likely stay at Fountains view again. Just a few minutes walk from the station and 10 -15 mins walk from the city centre. Comfortable, clean and warm. There is one allocated parking spot, but there is a pay and display car park just a couple of minutes walk away if you are arriving in two cars.

Great location, lovely apartment. Very pleasant stay!

We had a really great time here in York. First impressions of the apartment was very good. Really clean, beds were made perfect. Big towels provided. Kitchen was really well equipped, better than expected. We ate in a few nights as we could cook. Beds were really comfy. Location was great and parking was provided which was ideal. Was a really pleasant experience and would love to come back!

A bit tired

The location of the property is first class. However the internal is looking a bit tired, the shower head is rusty, the shower tray silicon was mouldy. The small bedroom heater was not working there was a bad draught from the window next to the bed, the curtain in the living room is falling off. All things that would not take a lot to put right.mom

A nice stay with some interesting suprise

Our family members stayed there for over three weeks, and overall, the accommodation was good — clean, tidy, and nicely arranged. The cleaner did a great job by coming in mid-stay to refresh the space, and the management team was very responsive to two incidents. The first was that a mirror fell and broke the basin, which was a bit unsettling and suggested that the accommodation might be showing signs of age. The second incident involved a leak from upstairs, but the tenant above was very apologetic. While we understand that both incidents would take some time to fix, we don’t blame the management for them. However, there’s always room to improve the experience for guests who go through these situations.

Great Stay!

We had the best stay in Fountains View apartment, it was clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were very happy with where this property is located, as it is a 5 minute walk from york station and a further 5 minute walk into York's City Centre. There is a free parking space with the property which is great if you travel here by car also! The interior is very modern and well designed, we were very impressed. The services we used were helpful and polite and gave us a very detailed explanation of the arrival details. We were amazed by the apartment and will definitely book the same apartment in York again.

Lovely Apartment

We had a brilliant stay here, we stayed for over a week and throughout the whole stay the staff were very considerate and responsive within all our communication. The flat itself was in an ideal location, it was so close to the train station, and easy walking distance into the City Centre and York Minster. It had everything we needed, staying for over week was perfect as the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, it saved us a fortune instead of having to eat out every night. We would love to stay here again, the whole experience was extremely pleasant!

brilliant location

Great property for a short stay. It is clean, spacious and had beautiful, modern decor. The location is great, only a 5 minute walk in to the city centre and great value for money.
