This North Beach cottage has fabulous oceans views. The location can't be beat as it sits just on Boardwalk #1 leading to Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.

The home has a single level floor plan with three bedrooms and three baths. Upon entering, you will notice the bright, open space and amazing views of the dunes and ocean beyond. The large great room has vaulted ceiling, transom windows and hardwood flooring. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV mounted over the fireplace while lounging on the comfy furniture. The open kitchen has a breakfast nook with a table for four. Share stories from your day while dining around the table for 8 in the great room. Step to the screened porch to listen to the ocean while reading on the wicker chairs or to sip cool drinks and enjoy appetizers around the table for 4. The open deck has two chaise lounge chairs and a table for six if you want to catch the sun's rays. Off the great room is a smaller deck with a propane grill -- perfect for cooking the perfect steak.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with a jetted tub. Windows offer an ocean view over the wax myrtles and dunes. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, built in shelves with a HDTV, and a tall armoire for your clothing. A full bath is accessible from the hall and just steps from this comfortable room. The kids will love the 3rd bedroom that has two sets of twin bunk beds making it the perfect retreat.

This home is just steps from Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of beaches. Walk down Boardwalk #1 to sit in the sands or stroll toward Capn Sam's Inlet to see the dolphin strand feed. You will love falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

This villa is dog friendly. Your (1) dog (less than 85 lbs, please) is welcome to visit Seabrook with you. If you are traveling with your dog, an additional pet fee will apply to the total of your rental.
