Spectacular Seabrook Island Villa, unlike any other, includes Club access

After walking in the front door, you are drawn to the two-story, floor to ceiling, views of the Bohicket River and Marina. When you finally remember to look around, you'll immediately see the custom, steel staircase leading to a loft sitting area, 2 large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and full-sized washer and dryer. Downstairs is another bedroom (also with it's own bathroom) plus another half-bath. Almost 1,900 square feet of brand new living space. High-end, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and over 400 square feet of decks. 55-inch TV with Bluetooth sound bar plus TVs in each bedroom.

Our villa is located in the gated Bohicket Marina Village and is just steps to the boardwalk where you can wander down to shops, restaurants, and bars. Charter a boat, paddle in a kayak or explore the area on a stand up paddle board. You can also unwind at the private outdoor complex pool.

You will be an easy bike ride or walk to the Seabrook Racquet Club (15 tennis courts and 7 Pickleball courts) and the Lake House Recreation Center, with its full exercise facility, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, lake and walking paths. Jump on a bike for a quick 10-minute ride to the Equestrian Center or a 10 minute walk to the shops at Freshfields, a wonderful shopping area with great restaurants and several events throughout the year. The beach is an easy bike ride through the beautiful Seabrook community.

AMENITY CARDS ARE INCLUDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO THE GUESTS. With an amenity card, the Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, 7 Pickleball courts, the Equestrian Center, Oceanfront pool complex, superior casual and upscale dining options all inside the gate. Toss your car keys and bike to everything! (There are additional guest charges for golf fees, tennis court usage and fitness club.)

Charleston is also close by-enjoy fabulous restaurants, shopping, art galleries, walking tours, and so much more in this amazing city.

This is our second year renting this property for Christmas and it does not disappoint! The home is spacious and incredibly well equipped with beautiful water views. It is very conveniently located to everything on Seabrook but also to Freshfields Village and Kiawah. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

This property is amazing and it was one of the best vacation's my family and I have had! The kitchen has everything you might need! We loved the location to restaurants as well as shopping and swimming. Being able to have the amenity cards was wonderful because we were able to enjoy all the pools as well as dine at the golf club. Jack was so helpful with getting all the information to us making our trip run smoothly! We will definitely be back again!!

Marvelous Marina View with Amazing Amenities

Thank you Jack! Your perfect property was immaculate, well stocked with all the comforts of home and just beautifully renovated! We had amazing views, stunning sunsets and dolphins playing in our “backyard”, yet we were also a bike ride away from all the amenities of Seabrook Island! We took advantage of pools, beaches, restaurants, boat rides, pickleball, tennis and golf! Anything a family could want to do…could all be found on Seabrook! Jack made us feel like his personal guests! He was so hospitable and kept us well informed from check in to check out! What a memorable week for our family!!! Looking forward to a rinse and repeat next year ….saltwater style! Robin :)

Family visit

Beautiful and spacious. Loved staring at the water and marina every day. Traffic back to Charleston is awful, so plan to enjoy all that Seabrook and Kiawah have to offer. We’ve already booked again for Oct and are looking forward to it.

Outstanding location

This property offers everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Incredible views of boats and dolphins and the saltwater marsh, some of Charleston’s best shopping two minutes away, one of SC’s nicest beaches less than ten minutes away, fishing, sailing, walking paths, restaurants, all right there. The property itself is spotless, comfortable and well-equipped. The owners are friendly and excellent communicators. Five star rental in every way.

Beach Christmas

We had a fantastic vacation at this waterfront condo. The property was very well equipped and everything was well maintained. This property was close to the amenities at Seabrook, but also very close to Freshfields and even Kiawah. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend this lovely villa! Sunsets from the deck are gorgeous! Loved being able to walk around the marina and down to Seabrook Island on the walking/bike trail! This property has everything

We’ve visited this property several times. Why we keep coming back: the unit is always spotless and well-provisioned. The owner is always available, friendly and communicative. The layout is open and fun. The view alone is worth the visit. This place is perfectly situated for almost any activity you can think of, with “relaxing” at the top of our list.

Best view around

This villa is a true gem. The interior is modern, comfortable, and very well appointed. You can bike ride to Freshfields for dining and shopping. Seabrook vacation

The property had beautiful views of the marina, was within walking distance of Freshfields Village and a close ride to the Seabrook beach club and Kiawah public beach. Jack was very quick to respond to questions and great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Our family and pup had a terrific stay and a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need! House was clean and owner friendly, helpful and responsive. Watching the boats in the morning and evenings made it a really special vacation. Lots of stairs here (just so you know). Seabrook is magical too and loved being able to go into Charleston for a day. Only negative was we didn't get the club access card by 6pm on Sat and the office was closed on Sunday. Make sure you make other arrangements to get it if you're after 6 on Sat. Love it though!!! Love to go back again someday. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful villa w stunning view

Gorgeous villa. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved being able to take my dog. Amazing view of the harbor from the private deck. Nice to be next door to Bohicket shopping center (loved eating at The Salty Dog restaurant and their ice cream shop). Enjoyed use of amenities (played tennis, used the gym & went to the beach club pool). Jack was very responsive and detail-oriented; great owner! Lovely touch to leave us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived.
