Situated in the Forest of Dean, these semi-detached barn conversions offer comfortable holiday accommodation, conveniently located to enjoy the delights on offer in this beautiful area. There are outdoor activities in abundance, with riding available on site. Golf, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and rock climbing can all be found locally. Wonderful walks with stunning scenery await you within the forest and the Wye Valley, which is very popular also for mountain biking. There are numerous fun places to visit with attractions such as Go Ape, Puzzlewood, Dean Forest Steam Railway, Dean Heritage Centre, Clearwell Caves and the Sculpture Trail. The cathedral city of Gloucester, Monmouth, Chepstow and the pretty market town of Ross-on-Wye are all within a short drive. Private use of the hot tub can be arranged and sessions are bookable on arrival. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Lovely stay.

Lovely stay. Only one thing I would mark it down on was that you cannot have pets upstairs or on the furniture downstairs. Our Bella never sleeps downstairs on her own so she was abit upset. I feel this should be stated on the description when viewing online.

Absolutely loved the cottage and hot tub, it was full of traditional features and character. Colin made us feel really welcome and we had a great relaxing stay. The local area was fantastic for family walks with the dog and there are some fantastic views.

Had a great 5 day stay at the Granary loved every minuet, quiet and cosey but well located for puds walks and supermarkets, Colin and Tina just leave you too it and are only a text away if you need anything

Very lovely converted barn with comfy double bedroom and spacious second bedroom with two single bed

Very lovely converted barn with comfy double bedroom and spacious second bedroom with two single beds for kids. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Nice clean bathroom and kitchen with modern facilities. Spacious living space and outside eating areas (one shared with adjoining 2 bed property. The hot tub was a nice addition. Good location for visiting beautiful Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. Nice pubs and local shop close by and lots to do for families or just great walks in the Forest and Wye Valley. Owners very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Only downside which might or might not bother you is it is located quite close to busy B road and you can hear a bit of traffic noise if you like to sleep with windows open at night. We are used to quiet but found it was ok.
