Bike/waterspots equipment storage. Garage parking; additional private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star.. Roseworth is a deceptively spacious, semi-detached property which has been extensively renovated and features a beautiful kitchen fitted in 2018, attractive bathroom suite and stylish contemporary décor. A beautifully presented property ideal for the needs of a family holiday, there is a lovely, south-west facing garden, ample parking and a garage for bike storage. The double bedroom boasts views to Causey Pike and the twin bedroom enjoys views across to Skiddaw and Latrigg. Enjoying spectacular views from both front and rear windows. Roseworth is within easy walking distance of the Lake, the Marina and also within a 3 minute stroll of the Farmers Arms pub, which serves bar meals and real ale. The market town of Keswick is a glorious 15 minute walk away via a footpath across open fields. Roseworth is ideally located for walking and mountain biking being at the foot of Whinlatter pass and the Newlands Valley. Shop 200 yards, pub 100 yards, restaurant 2 miles.

We had the best time here for a little winter break with the family.

We had the best time here for a little winter break with the family. House is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, with fantastic access to Keswick and other attractions/walks in the area. We particularly enjoyed the walk to Lingholm, and around Derwentwater. Great place - will definitely be back, thank you!

Had a much needed and enjoyable week away in August at Roseworth.

Had a much needed and enjoyable week away in August at Roseworth. Accomodation had modern interior and was well furnished. Plenty of space including an outside garden and lovely views of the mountains. Only a couple of minor gripes - only finding 1 and a bit toilet rolls and 4 dishwasher tabs for a family of 5 for a week's stay and no remote control for the T.V was a pain especially when there was one for the DVD player (the latter not on the spec). Nevertheless these did not spoil the overall enjoyment of our holiday and we would recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Good base for an Autumn break.

Well maintained house in a good location. Only minor issue was, despite having the heating on, the upstairs was cold, especially the bathroom.

Great location as near to keswick and some great walk we wanted to do.

Great location as near to keswick and some great walk we wanted to do. No issues with parking as gates have been removed now. Heating was easy to override if needed. Great views from all windows. Shame there are no sun loungers for the garden when the weather is good ( we had cracking weather).

The property is nicely furnished, well equipped and comfortable.

The property is nicely furnished, well equipped and comfortable. Our main criticism is the heating which is remotely controlled by the owner. During the day it is possible to over-ride the settings but we would have preferred it to come on earlier in the morning so that we weren't getting up to a cold house. There had been a fault with the boiler which hadn't been recognised so we arrived to find the house at a temperature of 11 degrees. There is a problem with access to the parking as the street is narrow and the neighbour opposite parks a large van in front of his house. This could be made much easier if the gates were removed allowing more room to swing in to the space in front of the garage.
