Situated in the centre of Keswick, Loft 10 is ideal for exploring the Lake District National Park, with all local amenities on the doorstep.. 5 steps to entrance.

All on the Third Floor:

Living/dining room: 37" Freeview TV

Kitchen: (2 Steps), Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The former Royal Oak Hotel, in the centre of Keswick, was architecturally converted into individual holiday apartments. All the amenities Keswick offers are available right on the doorstep, so your car need never leave its allocated parking space.

Loft 10 is an extremely bright apartment at the top of the building, accessed through a communal entrance with stairs leading up to the third floor. Renovated to a high standard with a contemporary style, it is delightfully decorated and enjoys stunning views over the rooftops of Keswick towards Skiddaw.

Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake are just a 10-minute stroll away through the beautifully landscaped Hope Park Memorial Gardens, which also features mini-golf, crazy golf and putting. The Keswick Launch Company operates regular trips around the lake each day, with numerous drop-off points if you wish to continue exploring on foot.

Keswick is renowned for its spectacular setting, surrounded by mountains, a vast array of outdoor activity shops, and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards. Osprey (CC111395), Fellside (UK1011), Loft 10 (UK1107) and Causey Pike (UK10815) can be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Great location and funky digs.

Overall this gave a vibe of an extra apartment squeezed into a attic space, but it was a fun stay. Great area.

Our trip to Loft 10 included all the essentials and a great location for visiting the Lake district, with good value for money. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in, with all the pots, pans and utensils, even a hand blender and dishwasher. The other rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of space for 3 adults. The parking, flat access and other utilities were all described well with instructions.To award a 5 star review I would have liked if there were amenities like fairy liquid, sugar, more toilet roll, and better covering of the bedroom windows. The window is right by the bed and the early morning sunlight went right for my eyes!

We stayed for Christmas 2019 and although a little small for three adults it had everything we needed and great views as well. We really appreciated the Christmas foodstuffs the owners left us. The only thing preventing me from giving it a 10 rating across the board is that the WiFi seems to be for the whole building and sometimes struggles to get all the way to the top floor. Also I found the bed in the main bedroom a little low. Otherwise I highly recommend.

We loved Loft 10 and have already booked again for next year.

We loved Loft 10 and have already booked again for next year. So comfortable,warm, private and quiet, with the exception of Friday and Saturday night when there was a lot of noise outside, we assumed it was coming from the pub in Packhorse Court.
