With fantastic walks from the doorstep, including the assent of Helvellyn, your car need never move all week.



Glenridding itself is about ½ mile, with shops, cafes and pubs, the nearest pub being only ¼ mile. A drive over Kirkstone Pass will take you to Ambleside and Windermere, with Keswick a similar distance in the opposite direction.
