Location and Sleeping Space, this is what I believe you will love about my home, Spruce Drive SW is just a short drive from the best of Knoxville. Market Square, Knoxville Convention Center, and UT Stadium or Campus are all less than 10-minute drives.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION ______________________________________
Get that much-needed sleep with the privacy of your bedroom, along with ALL the comforts of home. 1st bedroom - King bed; 2nd bedroom - King Bed; 3rd bedroom - Bunk Beds – (2) Queen bed down & Single/Twin bed up top. Sleeps 10.

The kitchen has a full-size stove, refrigerator with w/freezer, and microwave. The kitchen is furnished down to the dishes, pots, and pans. Coffee makers, traditional & Keurig, pots and pans, silverware, and all the usual kitchen items are also present in the cabinets. If you find that you need something more in the kitchen, be sure to ask me, as I keep all kinds of ‘kitchen things’ available for guests' convenience. WIFI is always included. Smart TV's for your streaming pleasure.

Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers and a full-size closet. The bathroom is spacious and private. The full-size gathering room is equipped with a couch, chair, dining table, and TV.

Great Property

I was genuinely impressed by how exceptionally clean the house was. It felt so welcoming and safe, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Being just a short drive from the city of Knoxville was a bonus. It truly exceeded all my expectations and made for an unforgettable experience!

Everything we needed

This was convenient for us because of its close location to Loghaven Art Residency, which our daughter and son-in-law live by. It was also the only place available when we booked so late to our trip. Overall, it met all of our needs and the price was fair for the place. I knew that the neighborhood was a little unsavory, but we never felt like our safety was in jeopardy (but I'm old and had my husband, dad, and mom staying with me; I would not stay here as a single female or even group of young females). At first I thought I smelled cigarette smoke, but later realized that it comes in through the HVAC system is someone is smoking outside at a neighboring unit. We weren't there very much as we had lots of graduation weekend activities to attend, so it worked good for a place to sleep, shower, and eat a quick breakfast. The pillows were all flat and uncomfortable, even when stacking two together. The rooster and train were not an issue for us, but some may be bothered by the noise.

Overall it was nice

As we arrived a day late, our place wasnt even cleaned. Dirty towels in the rooms and bath rooms, dirty dishes, and beds not made. I did contact Sheila and sjr did make housekeeping come. But i had already cleaned it up. Communication was excellent. I did ask to stay an extra night but was expected to pay another cleaning fee when our place wasnt cleaned to begin with, so unfortunately we decided to just not stay!

Well kept, inconsiderate request

I was notified within days of my stay that the folks already there would like to stay longer. Rather than letting those folks know that it was already rented and that this would not be possible, I was contacted and told that they wanted to stay longer. As I had a reservation for the property, it is unclear to me why the owner thought that I should be contacted about this rather than simply telling the folks making the irregular request that it would not be possible because there was a reservation with another guest.

Railroad Tracks Out Front!

We were awoken in the middle of the night by the train! The area where the rental is located is a bit run down and sketchy. It was the lost impersonal rental experience ever. No personal message from the owner, even though I sent a personal message. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The decor and furnishings are very dated. The air conditioner is automatically set by the owner remotely. You can’t lower the temperature to your preference. Overall, the rental was ok for the price.

Great place to stay for a UT weekend

Awesome place too stay. Very clean and quiet area. Some buddies and I came for a UT football game and it was a perfect place to stay. Very close to Downtown and UT’s campus. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice stay in Knoxville

Clean, close to the action, and a nice place to stay overall. My group goes to big ears festival every year and would definitely consider this property again if it’s available. A great experience overall!

Volleyball tournament

Stayed here while in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Everything went smoothly.It was clean, spacious, and very convenient to downtown. The price was reasonable too.

Excellent Location

My short stay in this home has been terrific. Close to the main interstates to get around Knoxville well, and close to downtown for all the great dining and clubs at Market Square.

Quick trip to move in our son at college

Initially, there was some confusion with the rental unit it information which was frustrating after a long day of driving but Sheila was able to place us in another unit on property for our stay. The second unit was as advertised. The rental property is close to the UT campus and convenient to the back and forth trips to move in my son at college.

Cute Little Duplex

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean. Everything we needed was provided. Although, it seemed the thermostat was programmed and wouldn’t set to the temp we wanted and the master bedroom got hot at night. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Located close to downtown.
