From sunny mornings to glorious sunsets over the sea, this is the ultimate Room With a View .

From sunny mornings to glorious sunsets over the sea, this is the ultimate Room With a View ... and a very comfortable place to stay too in a grand old manor house with a lovely entrance hall to bring out your inner Bridgerton. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and an easy stroll along the coast path to Aberystwyth.

A lovely peaceful location with great views of the sea and Aberystwyth. The sheep were very entertaining as they spread out in the morning and returned in the evening.Red kite feeding must be seen as it's impressive.P.S. a decent bread knife would have been good.

The apartment is lovely, excellent views, very clean and we enjoyed our time there.

The apartment is lovely, excellent views, very clean and we enjoyed our time there. The apartment is a very nice 30 min walk to Aber along the sea front. 20 mins to the marina. Very quiet place to stay.It is in an isolated position but that is part of the beauty. A car is needed to reach the shops and pubs.There is a low beam above the bed which you are warned about by the owner and whoever sleeps on that side of the bed must take care.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views.We stayed indoors on a couple of days, enjoying the peace and quiet, reading, and watching the weather, but there's also nice walks in the area. Local guide books etc. in the flat.We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing break. Pleased to meet Richard as we were heading home and exchanged texts with Heather, who were both kind and helpful.We'd happily stay at Sea View again.Thank you.

We booked in between lockdowns and are so glad we did.

We booked in between lockdowns and are so glad we did. It was a lovely break and we felt safe in its location. Very peaceful and unspoiled with just the sheep in the field outside for company. We enjoyed the walk into Aberystwyth along the coastal path. If you want peace and harmony with nature in comfortable accommodation this could be for you. Well appointed studio appartment in a large ( mainly residential ) block.

Well appointed studio appartment in a large ( mainly residential ) block. we liked the gallery bedroom and the views out to sea, the town of Aberystwyth is walkable along the beach in about 30 mins. Overall we enjoyed our holiday, but the late check in /early check out times may not suit everyone. also the method of rubbish disposal needs improving. Excellent, airy, well equipped and comfortable apartment with wonderful views. Shower.room needing attention. Description as first floor is misleading as there are 26 stairs which may prove difficult for older people.

Spent 2 weeks at Sea View.

Spent 2 weeks at Sea View. Lovely peaceful location with a sea view from one window and valley view from another. Really comfortable; everything you need - used the washing machine as there for 2 weeks. Lovely walks from your door. Perfect accommodation. Spent a week there last year too!

The place has got wonderful view and apartment is nice, but it's getting a little shabby in certain corners . It was cold, when we arrived so downstairs was quite cold and not easily remedied. On the other side, apartment has got everything you need and more. Although in the end we found out that the place was too far from the beauty spots we wanted to see, but that's our fault. Happy with our week there!
