Family Trip

My stay here was great, additional cost for heating pool and use of grill threw me off but that may have been my fault because I didnt read everything through. Pool was small but safe and big enough for the children. Great area and we loved the water park. Had a great time...I would definitely recommend other families here for their vacations as well!!

Great stay

Very Spacious and comfortable. Basic items such as salt & pepper, sugar and coffee filters would have been nice to have. The house pool area could have been cleaner.

We loved everything about this property even the owner!!!!! If you don't visit the theme parks not a problem you will still enjoy yourself and your family staying at the property where there is cable, wifi, grills, a pool even the clubhouse accommodates you with fun activities I will absolutely book again and again

I have a cleaning business and The place was not clean like it should’ve been. I was disappointed then the toilet backed up same day coming so we couldn’t use a bathroom. No lights outside to enjoy nighttime as the other units had lights. No pot holders for the oven to take food out. It has so much potential but didn’t meet my standards.

Decent weekend getaway

Overall, spacious property for our extended family to all stay together. The kitchen is fully equipped and useful. The pool is deceiving in photos, it is very small. The rug upstairs appeared dirty and there were few roaches seen upon check in. Overall, the bathrooms were clean and very nice having 4 bathrooms for a large family.

Condo was very roomy. Was Clean when we arrived beds comfy and it had the essentials we needed. Carpets are starting to show wear and tear with stains. Need hangers in the closets and some more living room seating would be nice. We Would DEFINATELY stay here again. It was just what we needed for our stay in Orlando.

Great location and property

The property manager communicated with any questions we had about the residence. We had little seating in the pool area then shown on the picture. This lead to not having enough seating for all of our family, not enough bathroom essentials, or cleaning supplies. Overall we had a good experience, and appreciate the host for allowing us to utilize their property.

Time to change the beds

The property was conveniently located, easy access. It was very clean, with the exception of the garbage can. Every bed in the house was horrible. Every member of my family left with back aches from the beds. There were indentations from the previous people that had use the beds.

Great Location!!

The propery is in a great location!!Having said that, it is in desperate need of a deep clean from top to bottom. There also needs to be some type of book with instructions for the unit and property. We went to the pool not knowing we couldn't bring in drinks or snacks. We also didn't know we had to bring our own towels. Also, like everyone else said, there are no dish towels in the unit, which is very surprising since they provide everything else for you.

Universal Trip

The townhouse was in a perfect location. We spent most days at Universal but had evenings to rest. Overall the accommodations were great but a few things were missing. There weren’t any kitchen towels or oven mitts. I went to Publix and purchased for my stay. Also, ceiling fans in the bedroom would be a plus. The furniture in the dining room had a glass table and that is dangerous for kids.

Family vacation

We were meeting friends in Orlando and we booked here. We did not realise the location of the property. It was fantastic. So close (about 10-15 min drive) to Disney, gatorland, international drive, universal etc. We also went to Nasa which was 1hr away. House was very clean, i was worried when i saw some reviews, there is wear and tear but it absolutely did not take away from our holiday. The resort has a pool and childrens play area too which is great for chill days with kids! 100% recommend a stay.

Dirty, would not stay again

Carpet and tile floors very dirty. Hair all over bathroom and kitchen floor when first arrived. Beds not comfortable. Dirty sock found in bedroom on carpet, which makes me wonder about the cleaning process. Would not recommend!!

My stay

Overall the stay was ok. The property definitely needed updating. Dishwasher was broke, they came and fixed it. Washer did not work properly. Coffee pot leaked onto counter everyday. There were no lounging chairs by our pool, only upright ones ones. The beds needed upgrading, very bad. Would not stay in this unit again unless all upgrades were made.

Nice place and community but extra costs

Lots of room. Good location. Additional costs of heating pool $45 per day and BBQ ($50) needs to communicated as part of advertisement. BBQ didn’t have brush. Heavy rain one day and roof leaked in one of the bedrooms. Pool heat wasn’t in pool when requested and requested/ received refund. Community park was very nice but you can’t have water toys in main pool. Lazy river was nice. Miniature golf is an extra fee. Could use a good cleaning and not just regular house cleaning as carpet, walls, baseboards were dirty.

Not so clean

Rented this same property in 2021 with my family it was great, this time we notice the broken blind at the rear door from the last time we were there. The carpeting was not clean in the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs main bedroom. The mop in the utility closet was filthy and we didn't want to use it to clean up spills.

Property was very close to places we went

The owners are not getting their moneys worth on their cleaning person. We swept the floor when we arrived as our shoes were off and could feel debris on the floor. We got 3 dust pans of dirt, long black hair and other debris off floor. One pillowcase had make up appearing stain, one bathroom sink had toothpaste and black long hair in sink. Bathroom floors not clean. Carpet was not recently vacuumed as debris was on carpet. Carpet was dirty. We replaced the pool skimmer as it was broke when we arrived. Woodwork and walls just needs a good cleaning and paint. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to a lot of things we did. Love the pools and resort. Stove top was cracked.

Family Vacation didn’t meet expectations.

Location was nice, close to lots of shopping, backyard view was of a pond which was nice. Unfortunately, there were only 4 chairs (one being broken) for 11 of us to sit out by the pool. Pool was small, but perfect for our group. Pool is extra to heat, each day. The house is outdated and run down. Expectations were to collect garbages, wipe down counters, sweep floor etc. None of the supplies were provided, we had to buy extra garbage bags, no dish cloth or towels, dustpan, replaced broom. Dishwasher was poorly maintained had to clean it out to get running properly. Unable to contact property management. Would not stay here again. I also feel Vbro brings no value for the extra money you pay them.

Over all good experience.

PROS: Great communication with host. No complaints with cleanliness. Check in process was easy. Clubhouse was great! CONS: only provided one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One towel per guest which led to frequent laundry. Needed to supply our own detergent which is understandable however the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of laundry. One pillow per person on each bed with no extras and one extra blanket in entire house. When asked for extra towels, pillows and blankets we were told they could not supply more as there is enough for the allotted amount of guests. 2 trash bags supplied for entire household for a 9 day stay so be prepared to supply all your own trash bags, salt and pepper, extra towels ect. Bring your own toiletries such as shampoo as well. No pot holders what so ever so if you need to take anything out of the oven- you’ll need to improvise. Pool light did not work which was a real downfall to the kids enjoying the pool after dark as the pool area was too dark. I did let host know and they put a work order in for it- the next day someone came by but light was never fixed. Also only 3 patio chairs in pool area so not as many as in picture and one small side table. No rug in living room area like picture which made it hard for my 1 year old to play on the floor. Overall the experience was good except having to supply everything which for some can seem small but having a full house and being there for 9 days- the costs added up.
