Across US 31 N from East Grand Traverse Bay, the property is conveniently located close to beaches, bike trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, The Great Lakes Equestrian Event, the Turtle Creek Casino, Grand Traverse Resort, Elk Rapids and just miles from downtown Traverse City.

The house is in a commercial/residential area that is right off the highway and across from the Grand Traverse Bay.

Across Bunker Hill Road is a party store, hardware store and post office and a brewery. Across US 31 N is the beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay.

Also, pizza, a bar/restaurant and ice cream within walking distance! What more do you need?

There is an intersection/light with a crosswalk button that can get you safely to the other side of US 31 N where you can enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan at a small waterfront park and beach. Or walk or drive north just a ways and hang out at Acme's Bay Side park and swim there.

If larger beaches suit you, there are plenty to choose from in all directions within minutes away.

You can bike to downtown via the TART trail, Mountain Bike or hike the Vasa.

The house is also within miles of Flintfield, home to the Great Lake Equestrian Festival. A perfect location for the horse show guests.

Traverse City area is home to numerous vineyards, breweries and wineries, miles and miles of gorgeous shoreline, nationally recognized events--like the National Cherry Festival, the Traverse City Film Festival and the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. Not to mention the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes.

This is the perfect location to take it all in. Summer-Fall-Winter-Spring- there is something to do and something going on in Traverse City.

This house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Two of the rooms have queen beds and the third room has two twin beds.

All of the rooms are furnished with cozy, comfortable, quality linens and bedding.

There is only one bathroom in the house....It has a tub/shower combo, vanity, and all the necessities.

Cute eat in kitchen with table that seats 4.

Extra seating on spare game table in the living room.

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig duo coffee pot, microwave, toaster, fridge, stove and fully stocked for eating and cooking. (there is no dishwasher )

Living room has comfortable couch and chairs, flat screen tv, radio and Charter/Spectrum cable and smart TV.

The house also has WIFI.

Utility room with washer and dryer.

The home has a good sized, private backyard with a bonfire pit and chairs, gas grill, hammock and small bistro table and little patio. The back yard is fenced on both sides for privacy with tree privacy in the back. (but not fully enclosed)

On one side of the house is a commercial building and the other side is a full time resident house. Both separated by a privacy fence. You can even get peaks of Grand Traverse Bay from living room and front yard. Although it's not an unobstructed view....hey....its water and you can see it!

The house is 2 lots off 131 intersection. There can be road noise when its busy in town.

The house is furnished with hip, fun & fresh decor and makes for a comfortable home away from home.

House does NOT have central air conditioning but it does have window units in the bedrooms and those keep the house pretty cool. But we do have fans!

You are able to use the items in the garage.... It includes a collection of misfit bikes and helmets, 1 regular kayak, 1 kayak float, sup boards, life jackets, beach chairs, games, etc. Please keep the garage locked up and take care of the items.
