Corian countertops, ceiling fans in all the rooms, washer and dryer in condo. Master bedroom has a private bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a connecting bath. All of the bedrooms have king size beds and tvs. There is a dining table that seats 4 and a counter bar that seats 4. The living area has a sofa, love seat, recliner and flat screen tv.
The condo is steps away from the elevator to make loading and unloading easy. It is also located near the large swimming pool. The beach is a 3 minute walk away.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed! LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be rented from Sharon's Linens and Beach Rentals. Departure cleaning of $150.

Golf, tennis, skateboarding park, piers, and marinas are nearby on the island. Area attractions include historic Southport, Bald Head Island, the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and historic Old Brunswick Town.

Myrtle Beach is within an hour's drive and Wilmington is just 30 minutes away.
