This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom design (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Set of Bunks (Twin over Double), Daybed (x2 Twins), Mini Crib & Standard Crib) is an inverted open floor plan to allow the best views when enjoying the inside of the home. Enjoy hardwood throughout the top floor, cooking in the kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and then dine at the table with seating for twelve.

Choose your spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the front porch with balcony views of the ocean or on the back deck which offers views of the quiet OKI woodlands.

Located near Middleton Avenue, enjoy easy access to Lowes Foods or Publix just minutes away or a quick dash over to the Beach Pantry to grab any last minute items before heading to the beach.

Sea 2 Sea excellent stat

We had a group of five adults and the house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the fooseball table. Thus house had something for everyone.

The home was clean and well appointed! It had everything we needed and then some. We found it very child friendly. The beach was very close and the pool and yard were wonderful!

Perfect place for a family getaway!

This house was perfect for our long weekend! The beach is a quick walk away. Views are beautiful from the porch- house is fully equipped for cooking and fun entertainment. The kids loved the foose ball table & the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable- tons of space for everyone. Brian is super helpful and responsive. Love this house and we will be back!

Couldn’t have been more pleased!!

This house was everything and more for our first time in OKI, the kids had a great time. This home was very spacious, and had everything we needed. If I had to make any comment it would be, I think a fire pit would be a lovely update to the home For the “late in the year” vacations and a cutting board to cut meats on after grilling! . Location to the beach is perfect! Thank you for letting us enjoy your house!

Great location on Oak Island!

Our extended family of eight had a great week at Sea 2 Sea to kick off the summer! It's super close to two beach access points, and the pool was a delight. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was appointed as well as any rentals we've stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting Oak Island.

Great location

The property was very nice and as described, great location worth a quick easy walk to the beach. Owner was very quick to respond to inquires. Would rent again.

Short but sweet

Great property. Perfect getaway and close to the beach. Property was very clean and the beds were fantastic. Only regret was staying for just the weekend! Highly recommend. Would definitely book for LONGER next time :)

Multi generations of fun

The property is family friendly. We are a age group from the seniors to toddlers. We all are very impressed by the location and access to beach and entertainment.Would stay again. Pool is great .Property host were very accommodating.

Beach Week July 2023

We had a great time at Sea 2 Sea! The home set up accommodated our group size well and it was an easy short walk to the beach. The home also had all the amenities that we needed for the week. We would definitely stay again 😊

Beautiful Vacation Home

This vacation home was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time going to the beach, lounging at the pool, and walking around the area. Brian was a wonderful host with excellent communication. I look forward to returning at some time in the future.

Great spot and perfect setup

This place was perfect. It was clean and plenty of space for the family all coming in from out of town. It was close to relatives that live in the area with easy access to the beach. We loved the multiple decks. The pool would be great if it was warmer!

Great location

We were on Oak Island for Pledge the Pink, which raises money for breast cancer. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and the location was great. Brain was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfection at the beach

This by far has been the best house we have rented in OKI and we’ve been coming for 8 years now. The house was spotless, the location was perfect for our needs, the pool was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked with any appliance you may need. The foosball table was such a nice added bonus for my kids to play with along with a bunch of board games. Thank you so much!!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at Sea 2 Sea. It was conveniently located a block away from the beach which was beautiful. It was also not too far to get to Southport and other places. The house was beautiful and clean. We had a maintenance issue the first night and the property owner was extremely responsive and got the issue taken care of right away. Anything we needed during the stay, the owner immediately responded to. We had a great, relaxing time and can’t wait to come back!

Great trip to end the summer

How refreshing that a rental property is exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. The property manager was on point. We’ve rented countless homes for vacation and this location, home and property management was outstanding. This house is wonderful! The beds, kitchen and furniture are very comfortable and top of the line. Extra attention is given to everything. Just a really great home and overall rental experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent Beach House

This is a great rental for a large group. We brought a rock climbing team here w parental chaperones. Everyone loved the house. 5 min walk to beach. We saw sea turtles hatch at a closeby nest one night. Awesome pool to hang out and swim. The place is even nicer than it looks online. Great kitchen supplies and gadgets. Lots of external decks and porches so people can spread out. Very clean. Recommend!

Family get together from different parts of the country

CC was extremely clean and user-friendly. It had all the kitchen amenities. You could want to prepare good meals if you so desired the living area was spacious, well lit and open the bedrooms were wonderful although it was too cold to go swimming. The young adults did jump into the pool. They had a good time. It’s only two blocks from the oceans so I went to walk every morning. It was wonderful. I had to communicate with the property owner, Brian a few times, because of not knowing how to work something he was extremely nice. Very considerate and helpful. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Beach vacation for two families

There was hardly anything we did not like about this home or our stay. It was clean and cool upon arrival and very welcoming-we felt at home instantly! The layout of the home was very accommodating for all of us (4 adults/parents), two 18 yr olds and two 10 yr olds. We all like to cook (and eat) and spent a lot of time in the kitchen when we were not at the pool or the beach and found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything for the home cook. The beach was a short walk from the house and loved having the pool to look forward to (and lounge in/around) at the end of the day. The host pretty much thought of everything!
