This spacious 3500+ square foot 4 bedroom 3 full bath home features an open floor plan with extra large windows overlooking beautiful Lake Keowee. Gentle sloping lot to the water.

The main level has 1 bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom with walk-in shower, large laundry room, large sitting area (with Flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and covered deck area with a grill and fire pit.

The upstairs has the master bedroom (queen bed) which has a loft window overlooking the lower sitting area. Also the bathroom on this floor has a large jetted tub for your enjoyment. This level also has its own sitting area overlooking beautiful Lake Keowee.

The lower level has 2 split bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has two bunkbeds and the other has two queen beds. This level also has its own sitting area, with a computer and billiards table perfect for kids or teenagers. There is also a large dock that you will be able to dock your boats in (if you so desire).

Lake Keowee is located in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. Lake activities include swimming, boating, fishing, etc and there are breathtaking trails to hike around the area.


Clemson University is only 25 minutes away and the historical town of Seneca is 10 minutes.

•This is great rental for Clemson Football home games and big events like graduations.

There is a 2 night minimum stay required. Cleaning fee of $150 is also applicable.
