Get ready to relax. This house provides access to all of Manomet Point and the surrounding beaches - including White Horse Beach. And yet it sits high up off the road so there is no through traffic - no noisy cars. It's a perfect getaway. The amazing back yard sweeps down to the ocean for unimpeded water views. You can grab a cup of coffee and sit out on the full sized deck to enjoy the morning before you head out to enjoy the beach. Exquisitely landscaped flower beds enhance the yard's natural sweep down to ocean's edge.

Perfection

This cottage is ideally situated with fantastic views of the ocean within walking distance from the beach. It has everything you need for a seemless holiday! I have visited before and I will go back again! It is perfect!

Nice location

The best thing going for this place is the location. It is small, but that didnt bother us. There is a mold issue in the bathroom, I had to clean it twice and keep the exhaust fan on for a long time after showers.

Best View

Beautiful space beautiful place could use a few updates in the cabinets could get cleaned out. Otherwise I wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the water.

3rd summer

This was our third summer. The only thing that disappointed was the weather but we drove up the Cape and found fun things to do. Plymouth is a beautiful area!

Not what we expected from reviews

House was musty smelling. Couch was a rough material and had feathers constantly falling out. Beautiful view off the wrap around deck. Bathroom was real small with no outlets. No dishwasher. We will not be returning.

PEACEFUL....BEAUTIFUL....AWESOME!!!

This property is perfect if you want to get away from the stress of everyday life. The cottage itself is very comfortable with all amenities, and the view of Cape Cod is unsurpassed. I booked during a full moon, and my photos have blown family and friends away! Oscar is the consummate host who made sure we were enjoying our stay, and I highly recommend his property as the perfect place to stay on th Cape. 5 stars +!!!

Another stellar visit

We love this place! This is second visit and it was as great as we remembered. The ocean with the seals and whales and the little beach across the yard offered enough entertainment that you didn't need to leave. The house is perfect for the two of us, everything we need is there. You can walk to White Horse Beach and the Lobster Pound (seasonal).

Great place to stay

This place was great. It was really clean. We didn’t cook much because it was our anniversary but the kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots and pans. We had a great ocean view from a quiet community

Perfect Vacation Spot!

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, this is the perfect spot! The views from the house are amazing, including spectacular sunrises and sunsets. It was especially nice because we were able to bring our dog with us on our vacation. The beach (which is dog-friendly) is just a short walk away and the house is on a quiet street in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The owner was very attentive and responsive, even checking in with us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. There is a nice grocery store (Clement's) and Dollar Tree about a mile away for groceries, prepared meals and essentials. We had excellent meals from nearby restaurants including 42 North (seafood) and Gerard Farm (barbecue). The Upper Cape and Plymouth are both just a short drive away. The week flew and we were sad to leave, but we are already planning our next visit! Thank you, Mr. Brookins, for sharing your lovely home with us.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

The view of the bay and the incredible sundowns and sunsets make this location a wonderful choice. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Plus, it is pet friendly. The owner is accommodating and accessible. The local area has great restaurants, and the house is a centralized location.

Beautiful view

This is a nice property with a beautiful ocean view. We liked the quite neighborhood and the sounds of the waves. It was close to a sandy beach and we enjoyed walking there. It’s not far from some very popular historical sites and Cape Cod. The furniture is not what was shown in the pictures and the bed was very small. The couch was extremely large so we slept there and used the twin size bed. Bring your own toilet paper!

Great View But Basic

The property had a great bay view and was conveniently located to all necessary services. There was no safe access to the water from the subject lot. You are reasonably close via short walks (5-10 minutes) to the beach. The house was small and very basic, but functional. The bathroom is tiny with no outlets or shelves. There are no frills, but if location and view are most important than this is a good deal. If comfort is desired, keep looking. The owner lives in Boston but was responsive and friendly. The caretaker lives nearby and was also responsive and friendly. We would seek a bit more comfort next time but likely will not find a better view. It is a tradeoff. Neighbors were generally friendly.

Great place, million dollar View of ocean!

This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed through VRBO! Oscar was very accommodating and leaving lights on for us since arriving later. The view is gorgeous and beach close by. It’s a cottage, so the furniture is just fine. Loved the sectional couch. I wouldn’t have second thoughts renting here. Thank you OB!

Amazing place...

A great place to unwind, relax, and take in expansive ocean views. Fall asleep to sound of waves crashing below, wake up to spectacular sunrises and walks along nearby Whitehorse beach. Local fresh food market is minutes away and Cape Cod state beaches just an hour away. Place wàs clean, well-supplied, and owner was responsuve. Look forward to a return visit!
