Spacious Family Friendly Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Enjoy your stay in our spacious home that sits in a quiet Cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood in Southwest Ft Collins just waiting your arrival. It is perfect for the executive family, those relocating or building a home, families gathering for special events in town or on vacation. We have equipped the home with all that you may need. But if there is anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant please do not hesitate to let us know. We live in the neighborhood so we are here to serve.

Our rental home has many features such as a large theater and game room with wet bar, jetted tub, heated floors in the master bath, hot water dispenser in the kitchen and more! It is bright and cheery clear down to the garden level basement. The beautiful backyard is kid friendly and equipped with a trampoline with monkey bars and swing, a fort with climbing wall and slide and a large free swinging lounging tent(for in the warm months.) The large East facing covered deck and patio are perfect for cool summer cookouts on the grill. For those that love to cook our Son Brendan has planted a garden full of herbs and vegetables for your use in the summer and fall months. He keeps it maintained and beautiful for you.

The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, tile and hardwood finishes, overhead and under cabinet lighting. Our kitchen nook and dining room seat a total of 16 + 2 high chairs and on the warm summer days the patio seats16. It is perfect for your large family gatherings. There are additional folding tables with chairs and a table in the game room with 6 more chairs. So there is plenty of room for everyone.

Our smoke free home has beds to comfortably sleep 16 and plenty of additional space to spread out and enjoy your time here. These include a romantic master suite with beautiful king bed, window seat, walk in closet, a luxurious bathroom with heated floors (for those cold Colorado mornings), a jetted tub and a double shower with a bench.
The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin underneath, toys and dress ups hanging in the closet for the little girls to enjoy.
The third Queen bedroom is elegantly decorated for a Queen’s taste.
The fourth bedroom is decorated for the young train lover. It is equipped with toys, dress ups, a train table and bunk beds with additional twin pull out underneath to accommodate 3 in this room.
The fifth bedroom is a masculine king in the basement with a nearby masculine bathroom.
There are three additional twin roll a ways, 3 fold out singles and 2 travel cribs in the storage room available for your use anywhere in the home. There are 5 comfortable sofas in our home as well.
The 3 car garage will keep your cars out of the hot summer sun and warmer in the cold winter months and there is a large driveway to accommodate any additional vehicles.

Ft Collins is a vibrant active city full of healthy outdoorsy people. We love to hike, bike, camp, ski, you name it! Outdoors is the place to be! The city has over 35 miles of paved bike trails and many choices of hikes nearby. We love to mountain bike, cross country ski, snow shoe, rock climb, fish, trail run, boat, hunt, white water raft, kayak, and tube. Some of our favorite places to visit are day trips to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park, Horsetooth reservoir and beautiful Poudre canyon just minutes away.
Ft Collins is the home of CSU so the Football, Basketball and Volleyball games are popular!

You will find numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries, unique shopping, farmers markets, festivals, music and theater venues, wonderful Old town square and the newly constructed beautiful Ft Collins LDS Temple, all within minutes of our home.
