Relaxing, sunny home, peaceful wooded setting, 10 minutes to Goose Rocks Beach!

This nautical themed - spacious, open concept - 4 bedroom home with hardwood floors throughout, emanates a relaxing feeling of vacation and beach! This home is nestled on a 3 1/2 acre wooded lot which will provide you with privacy and many wonderful vacation memories! Relax and enjoy long walks along Goose Rocks Beach (just a 10 minute drive) by day, grilling and dining on the rear deck, or sitting around the stone fire pit on the front patio enjoying the serenity of the Maine woods!! Prefer to stay indoors on those chilly nights? You can enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace while conversing with family and friends or reading a book. There are two eating/dining areas: a high top table where you can sit & enjoy your morning coffee while you gaze out the large picture window, or the dining table which seats 8 in an open sunny room with a skylight and large windows overlooking perennial gardens. Because of the open 2nd floor balcony, the ceiling fan circulates the air upstairs & downstairs on the warmer days! There are 2 sitting areas, each with cable TV & 1 TV with a DVD player and Bose surround sound speakers. Wifi is available. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a queen bed/walk-in closet & en suite with jetted bathtub & a steam shower. Two bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed while the third has 2 twin beds. All four bedrooms have window air conditioners for those hot summer nights. There is a full bath upstairs. (Please note that linens -bath/beach towels and bed sheets are not provided. Pillows and blankets are provided.)
Check in time is 3PM to ensure our cleaners have enough time to do a thorough cleaning between guests. Cleaning fee is included.
