Special holiday home near Lauwersmeer and Wadden Sea

Beautiful luxury furnished holiday home on a mound in the middle of the meadows of Friesland below the Lauwersmeer and close to the Wadden Sea and Eleven City Dokkum and Kollum.

Layout and facilities:
The holiday home is tastefully and colorfully decorated with large windows on the south side with a wide view and on the north side a sheltered orchard. In addition, the house also has a side window where you can sit in the windowsill. The living room and dining area with open kitchen are separated by an open cupboard. You can opt for the Lân (Frisian for land) or Waad (Frisian for wad) variant. The color scheme of the holiday home is fully attuned to this.

The holiday home is suitable for 2 to 4 people: upstairs is a large bedroom with a freestanding bathtub and breathtaking views over the meadows. In addition there is a small bedroom with 2 beds and possibly a 2-person mattress, a bathroom and a second toilet. In consultation, everything is available for little ones: camping beds, high chairs, bouncer, baby bath, changing mat, toys etc. There is a washing machine and wireless internet (WiFi) available.

Terrain:
There is plenty of space on the site. In front of the house you have a breathtaking panoramic view and behind the house you will find a large sheltered orchard. Here is also an outdoor heater so that you can enjoy the outdoors until late. The adjacent nature camping site provides extra fun with many small children in the summer. On the site you will find a nice water playground, sandpit, playground, trampoline and table tennis tables (inside and outside). And furthermore bicycles, go-karts, a soccer field and everywhere places to sit and relax. At the end of the site is a jetty with 2 Canadian canoes and 2 kayaks to paddle through the meadows. This is also a favorite fishing spot.
