The fenced swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 100 to 210 centimetres, is available seasonally from 1 May to 23 September and is situated 50 metres from the house on the heights of the land. The estate benefits from reliable Internet WiFi connectivity, and parking is conveniently available on the premises. The property is tastefully restored and combines traditional character with modern comfort through beautiful antique furnishings. On the ground floor, a generously proportioned open-plan living and dining area of 61 m2 forms the heart of the home, comprising a large living room of 35 m2 with a fireplace and direct access to the courtyard and garden, alongside a dining room of 26 m2. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, along with a shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, the property offers 4 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom contains 2 beds of 90 cm each, the second bedroom also contains 2 beds of 90 cm each, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed of 140 cm, and the fourth is a large room with a low door height of 180 cm, featuring a dressing room, 1 French bed of 160 cm, a separate WC, and a bath and shower. An additional bath and WC complete the upper floor. The property includes 3 bathrooms in total across both levels.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchen, you will find 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering.
