Unit Layout

You will be staying in a 4-room villa with a total area of 85 square meters. The villa features a beautiful and tasteful interior design. The living and dining area is equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This area also provides direct access to the garden and the patio. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a room with one bed, one pull-out bed, and a fan, also with access to the garden and patio.

Amenities Included

The villa comes fully equipped with a kitchenette featuring four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchenette also leads to the garden and patio areas. The villa has two showers, two bidets, and two toilets. Gas heating is available as an extra cost, but regular heating is only available from December 1st to March 31st. The spacious outdoor area includes a large patio of 35 square meters with a roof, as well as an additional 25-square-meter roofed patio area.
