Villa Tončić is an old town villa with three apartments. Black&White is the biggest one, it has around 60 square meter with big terrace which has a beautiful view on the garden below. The Black&white is design apartment in which is everything in black and white colors. It has fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, water heater, etc...Below the apartments is a secession designed restaurant in which you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner or something in beetwen :)

Really great stay

The flat was lovely and clean, very spacious and the huge balcony was a wonderful addition. Aircon was also very much appreciated during the heatwave!

Spectacular SPLIT

The apartment was just perfect. Nice and roomy. Lovely terrace overlooking a lovely restaurant, with outdoor garden. Hosts were very responsive! Quick walk to town, maybe 3-5 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again!

A Stone’s Throw From The Old Town!

We had an excellent holiday in a beautiful, historic town. Easy to walk everywhere. Airport transport to the door, as conveniently situated just outside old town. Lots to see & do in Split plus superb boat trips to the islands. Restaurant underneath the accommodation is excellent and peaceful.

Perfect location to explore Split

The apartment is a short 5-10 minute stroll into Split old town where there are lots of restaurants, shops & bakeries. The apartment is located above a restaurant so it's great to get food or drinks easily. The apartment was very clean and a perfect location to get around Split and travel to many other close towns. It felt close enough to the town and all tourist attractions but further enough away to get some relaxing in on the balcony overlooking the restaurant gardens. Communication was fantastic and easy throughout the booking. Thanks for a great apartment, perfect for our 5 day stay in Split.

Best part of Split!!

My husband and I and our 6 month old baby stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Great walking distance from old town, very clean apartment, Lovro is a super host and very hospitable. Our favourite restaurant is Perivoj (which is below the apartment) you cannot leave Split without having a meal there. Highly recommend this place if you plan on visiting :) Hope to be back one day again!!

Wonderful!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and close to the palace. Lovro is an incomparable host. He toured us to Medjugorje, Kravice, Krka with side trips.

A great holiday

We had a great time here. Lovro is the perfect host - he collected and returned us to the airport for a special rate and would have taken us on excursions if we had asked. The apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens of the restaurant below. This has just reopened and we had two delicious dinners there. We never had a problem with any noise from the diners. The apartment has good wi-fi and comfortable bed. The kitchen facilities are rather limited and we chose to eat out each night. There are numerous good value restaurants near by.

Amazing Apartment!

Location, location, location!

Black and White apartment had everything that we needed and was reasonably priced. It was a short distance from the Old Town and Lovro was so hospitable and helpful and showed us the area, recommended restaurants, laundry facility and markets nearby. The balcony was perfect for morning café and dinners and although the restaurant had closed, there were others not too far away. The apartment was quiet and clean and had a great shower and fast wifi. Lovro was one of the nicest and most present owners of VRBO's that we have encountered. Highly recommended in an interesting area and Lovro will also take you on tours if you desire to other parts of Croatia. Great find!

Clean spacious apartment

Lovely large apartment decorated beautifully. Everything you need. Fabulous host who takes his time to explain everything and is always about if needed. Very central to everything with a large balcony set over a beautiful garden.

Unique apartment in an absolutely beautiful setting.

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying in Villa Tončić! The building is a beautiful historic home with tons of character. It is set within a large garden above a restaurant and the plants and trees make for a park like ambiance. The high ceilings are fantastic and make the apartment feel very open and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to make real meals and sitting on the patio overlooking the garden is a delight. The location is excellent - 10 minutes walk brings you to the heart of the palace, 15 minutes to the beach and there are grocery stores, restaurants and cafes scattered all around the area. Lovro is a very kind host. He was very patient with answering my questions and always responded immediately. He did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and comfortable in the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be very close to everything, but to have more space, fresh air and light.

We had a great stay at Villa Tonic. Leaving with a strong desire to come again. Ticks all the boxes.

The property is just as presented, fresh, clean and very comfortable. Lovro, the proprietor assisted with various requests and offered a great service for pick up & drop off to the airport and even a tour to Dubrovnik at a very reasonable cost. We plan to come again next year. This area of Dalmatia is extremely fascinating and really became alive through listening to Lovro's stories. We feel we have only touched the surface with lots yet to explore next time.

Split is my second city, I live in Zagreb and doing business in Split and Zagreb for five years now.We are very proud of our apartments and its cleanness . we ve made the apartments as much spacious as we could, they are all relatively new, I have renovated the house in 2015.
