A charming lux villa located in a private fenced 7 secure area, surrounded by Mediterranean trees field and large gardens, overlooking the town of Chania offering panoramic views! Easy access to the nearby beaches (2-4 km) and town. Fully equipped, fast wifi, washer, air-conditioned, huge gardens and field of trees in a quiet location! Can comfortably accommodate 5 people and 2 kids.This home is suitable for people who are looking for comfort, quality, and privacy. It is fully equipped with all the essentials; amenities and electrical appliances for a trouble-free stay. Of course fast wifi and washer are available and spaces are air-conditioned!
It is designed and built by two famous Cretan architects, who, through careful planning and element positioning, made sure that every space radiates feelings of serenity and calmness by being easy and practical to navigate. Floors are made of wood and marble, furniture is custom-made, commissioned and created by hand.
The surrounding area and the fusion of clean straight lines and angled high ceilings, give the house a fresh twist. Natural light bathes all interior spaces during the daytime, and at night, the indoor eco-friendly fireplace illuminates the spacious areas with beautiful orange colours
The house is located near the villages of Lygides and Perivolia, where you will find cafes where locals drink their morning coffees and refreshments. There are also grocery stores, traditional taverns and much more nearby. A detailed map of the area will be provided, including many points of interest, secret locations, recommendations of areas to visit, paths to follow, tips and more! Most of them are handpicked and tested by ourselves.
Guests have access to all parts of the property, including the 2-acre private gardens and orange, lemon, apricot and olive tree fields that surround the house in a private fenced area totally unique, safe for kids and with amazing top views of the nearby city of Chania and the Souda bay!
Our home offers top-of-the-line quality and absolute privacy for visitors who need that extra something which can turn a nice trip to an unforgettable relaxing experience.
Home is ideal for business travellers, as well, since itoffers a printer, internet and wi-fi access, a computer, workspace and safe electrical circuit. Calendars are always updated, so you can instantly make your booking whenever you feel like!
We personally have a deep eco-friendly conscience and mind frame. We cannot in fact ask or oblige anyone to behave the same way we do, but we would greatly appreciate it if our guests could also be concerned about the environment. So please, save energy and water. Please respect the environment and the people living in this quiet neighbourhood.
- In the front yard and entrance of the house, there is a large spacious lawn area with plump and olive trees and a private secure garage for your car.
- At the side of the house, you will find a balcony overlooking the city of Chania and offering panoramic views of all the surrounding areas. A leather couch and outdoor furniture, that includes sofas, inclined chairs and a table, can all be found in the balcony.
- The 2-acre field, that surrounds the house inside a private fenced area, is paved with lawn and includes olive, lemon, apricot and orange trees.
During daytime, you will be amazed by the beautiful view of your own private 2-acre garden, and at night time, mesmerised by the nearby city lights, surrounded by the quietness of the countrysideand the calming soothing sounds of the Cretan summer nights.
