Manualoha 101 is a ground floor, privately located end unit in the Poipu Kai Resort on the knoll just above world famous Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's Beach.

The premiere location makes it a short walk to beach activities, tennis, dining, and the Kauai Hyatt. Ocean views from the lanai and portable a/c's in the bedroom and living room make this condo a wonderful choice.

Manualoha boasts stunning whitewater ocean views and enchanting sunsets and a beautiful seaside pool and tennis courts. The two story unit has two covered lanai, the ground floor lanai opens up to a grassy area with a walking path to the beach.

There is free private parking. There is great snorkeling, surfing and park facilities as well as the adjoining Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu’s premier body boarding beach, all just steps away.

*Rates are based on Season and subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Reservations include Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership $30/Night. Interpretive Administrative Zoning Rules and Regulations requires that we mention that this transient vacation rental in located in a tsunami evacuation zone

The location of the unit is fantastic. Parking is a few steps from the front door. The pool was very close to the unit and it took just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The living area had plenty of seating and we really liked the loft with the adjoining lanai.

For the money this place was perfect. The location is literally one of the best on the island. A walk to the best beaches, especially in winter or spring. Sunset views from the condo. We lucked out with this place. We had no idea it is so perfectly located. Literally the best location in the entire complex. Some people have to walk a distance to the pool or the beach. Not us! Right out the door. Unreal. Ac blows cold. Plenty of boogie boards.

The absolute best part about this property is its location. You can see the ocean from the front porch and the living room and there’s a balcony on the second floor that also shares this view. It’s on the ground floor and there’s parking right out front so that made loading and unloading very easy. The walk to Poipu Beach is absolutely nothing, we were expecting a longer walk, so we were able to see the sea turtles as much as we wanted. We loved snorkeling at Poipu Beach, it’s a perfect little bay that is protected from the waves and if you get lucky you get to swim with the sea turtles. There’s lots of cool fish to look at as well, so we did that a lot.There is a little road between the property and the beach, but there aren’t many cars and we were there during the busy season. We followed directions from friends and went to Costco first to load up on stuff for the week, which was a blessing because the area is quite expensive for shopping and groceries. The house itself is very comfortable and slept our family of six quite easily. They even had a bonus pullout couch in the living room that I don’t think was listed on the description, which we were excited about! If you are expecting a five star resort, this isn’t for you. The house is a little dated, but is very charming and the location makes up for it! We would definitely stay here again! We absolutely loved the athletic club, zip lining, kayaking, hiking to Secret Falls, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Everything was wonderful especially the view out the front windows and from the patio. The beach accessories were also great to have. Hopefully we'll be able to stay here again sometime in the near future.

It also had a wonderful selection of snorkeling gear, beach chairs and boogie boards. There is a great assortment of dishes and pots and pans. It's also close to the pool. The upstairs bedroom with twin beds and a pull out couch in charming.

Gorgeous Home Away from Home

We adored staying at this beautiful property while traveling for a friend's wedding nearby. This location far exceeded our expectations, and we adored how close it was to everything in Poipu!

Very nice condo in great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the ocean and beautiful surroundings from the lanai exceeded our expectations. The short walk to the Poipu area beaches was super convenient. We also enjoyed the condo unit itself. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Manualoha never disappoints!

Best location on Kauai, in my opinion! While this is an older complex, the character and location make up for these dated condos. The proximity to the beach, pool, and Kalapaki Joes is the best!

Amazing location and pool

Manualoha 101 is a great condo with amazing views from the unit and the pool. The unit fit our family of five perfectly and the A/C units were really nice to have. We loved being able to walk out to the beach for the gorgeous sunsets. Mahalo nui!

Great time with the family

The condo was in a great location. Right next to the pool, easy parking, short walk to the beach. I wish it would have had central air, especially for the kids upstairs. It could benefit from a little updating but overall, it was great and had what we needed for our vacation.

Best spot in Poipu Kai

Really is the best spot in Poipu Kai with regards to the beach and the pool and the views. With all the air conditioning and fans going and windows open out was a comfortable temperature --the din created by all these appliances could serve as a sound machine.

Poipu is awesome

Awesome location for a great condo stay. Next to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Some updates are needed, but when you’re in Hawaii, these things matter very little. We would stay here again. PS: Buy some puzzles, games and videos. It rained for our first three days.

Awesome Stay!

Fun times! What a beautiful location. Our family had a wonderful stay. The unit is steps to the beach. Everything was available—boogie boards, beach chairs, floaty tubes for the pool—and all the kitchen spices/tools you need. We would definitely book here again. (The only slight drawback was the underpowered air conditioning , but we were there during a heat wave.) Thanks for a wonderful stay!
