The best value 5 bed Villa in Phuket. This is a very large Villa with a massive pool, totally private and well situated. Why rent a small 2/3 bed Villa with a tiny pool when you can rent this splendid 5 Bed Villa for a similar price?

It can easily accommodate 9 people and is very well equipped so you can cater for yourself, if you so wish .
The freedom of your own private pool Villa compared to an hotel is without question and imagine what you would have to pay in a hotel for similar facilities!
Step out from the large terrace to the inviting 10 x 5 swimming pool with large sunbathing deck, chairs and umbrellas . The Villa is totally secluded and private.
There are shops nearby within walking distance but transport is definitely required to reach the various beaches/restaurants and nightlife but taxis are available at reasonable cost.
The Villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars- 2 under cover-secured by electronic gates. The lounge is 70 m² and the main feature is the very high wooden vaulted ceiling and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor.
The floors are marble throughout and furnishings are of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy the 55 in Smart TV with cable tv, Wi Fi and Netflix are also included. There is a luxury fully equipped kitchen with units by Fagor.
Three bedrooms are en suite with king size teak beds.
The 4th has a queen size bed and is next to the bathroom downstairs.
The 5th bedroom is quite small with a single bed and wardrobe but it also has air con. There is not an en-suite here and guests can use the downstairs bathroom with shower.
Phuket is definitely one of the most exciting and attractive areas of Thailand but the Southern part is undoubtedly the most beautiful. There is so much to do and the people themselves are guaranteed to give you a warm welcome in this 'Land of Smiles'
Phuket is a Mecca for water-sport lovers and few visitors leave without seeing the view and spectacular sunsets at Prom Thep Cape.
The small Kata Noi and Nai Harn beaches are popular and the diminutive and charming Ya Nui beach is popular with the locals. Snorkeling is a pleasure and there are corals where one can see dazzling fish.
Rawai beach has many restaurants overlooking the water where boats go to the nearby islands. Buy fresh fish from the local Sea Gypsies and have it cooked for you in one of the restaurants there. You can also buy souvenirs such as shells and jewelry.
There are top class International restaurants nearby and an abundance of very good quality local Thai food.
High Season runs from 1st November to 30th April but Low season is a nice time to visit Phuket as most of the crowds have gone and weather can still be glorious It is generally very hot May, June and July whilst August, September and October ha the most chance of rain.

Very nice home with beautiful pool

My husband and I stayed family with at this home for seven days. The house was very large and comfortable. The pool and gardens were beautiful. It is protected by a wall with a gate that you have a remote control for, so it helped us feel secure.

Nice villa in Rawai

The pool is excellent and the kids really enjoyed themselves in it. There is international TV and Youtube on the TV. The sofas are full recliners with footrests. The mattresses are comfortable. We think the brown sheeting is being washed in a top loader. The location is quiet, and there is a little cafe and playground a short stroll up the road. The playground costs 300 Baht per child per day. You have to have a car/motorbike or use a taxi to get to the beach, as we felt walking is a bit dangerous with the traffic and no dedicated footpaths. When we arrived, a young stray cat was on the property which tried to get inside. So we had to keep the doors shut or have fun chasing the cat outside again. This limited the airflow through the property a bit. We asked for the cat to be removed, and the owner tried, but it was back the next day. The kids loved the cat, but we weren't quite sure how clean it was. The bedrooms are on two levels. We felt that the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms were too steep and we did not use them - luckily we didn't have to. The downstairs area is a good size, but as the property manager said "it's not a 5 star villa". The bathroom door is always ajar when the bathroom is not in use, as the lock is broken and the hinges keep the door open. There is a bolt on the inside, so you can lock it when in use. The built-in oven and microwave do not work, however, a replacement microwave is available. The hotplate works. There is a dishwasher. There is airconditioning in all bedrooms and also the living room, but you pay for the electricity (6 Baht/unit). You also pay a flat rate for water - 250 Baht/week. With sparing use of the aircon at 25 C at night it cost us an extra 1100 Baht after 10 days. The builtin bathroom in the main bedroom does not offer any privacy except for the toilet. You're on full display for everyone in the room. Overall it was good for a family of 5, because the kids were young enough to share a double-bed. If we had to use the upstairs area, I would have been concerned about somebody slipping on the stairs.

Brian war super freundlich, immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, z.B. Taxibestellung oder ein Mietwagen. Der Pool ist einfach Spitze. Im Grossen Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden, obwohl das Haus schon etwas älter war und einige Sachen Renovierungsbedürftig sind z.B. die Schiebetüren Würden es jederzeit wieder Mieten!!! Beautiful home and great for groups!

We were a group of 7 people. The size was perfect and facilities such as a washing machine were provided, which made it convenient. There is a 7 eleven and a Family Mart just 5 minutes away. Would book this again if I ever visit Phuket again!

Boende trevligt men något långt till restauranger. 7 eleven och Familymart låg på gångavstånd och lite längre bort ett stor matvarubutik som hade allt . Fordon krävs för att nå den. Fastighetsförvaltaren trevlig och lätt att få tag på. Hade endel mindre problem som han snabbt fixade. Rekomenderas!

Great place for a big family with kids

Brian was very helpful in getting us settled in and responded fairly quickly to any queries we had during our stay. The location is a bit out of the way, its best for families who are comfortable hiring a car to get around themselves. I was caught by surprise at the cost of the electricity bill which is in addition to the rent. We stayed 6 nights and our electricity cost an additional 2,500 baht. Granted, we did have the aircon on quite a lot! But overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and had everything we needed - filtered water, a good supply of clean towels, excellent WIFI and also a cleaner who gave the place a tidy up every couple of days. The kids loved the pool and were in there almost every morning and every night.

Great House to Relax

We fully enjoyed our stay at the property in Phuket. The house was fantastic and having the private secluded pool made the relaxing stay perfect. There are a few restaurants and a 7-11 within walking distance but other than that you will need a car or taxi to get anywhere. Electricity wasn't included in the VRBO price but it was very affordable. We only ran A/C in three of the bedrooms at night and it wasn't very expensive. .

Great property with loads of space.

This is a Great property with loads of space and an ideal base to explore from. As Brian states you will need to hire a car or use taxis to get around, one word of advice is to get an international driving licence as it could save you money if stopped by the police. However if you do drive out there you need to be a confident driver who is not easily scared, do not expect them to drive like any EU country. The only thing I would say is with a little TLC and money spent on it this could be an excellent property hence why I haven’t given it 5 stars. Saying that Brian and Lynn were very helpful and the welcome pack was a god send and saved us going for the essentials, except for beer?

A perfect accommodation for my big family

We have been lucky enough to celebrate both Christmas and new years i Thailand. We were 8 adults and one child and We spend two weeks in Brian’s lovely villa. We envoyés the house very will and it’s very spacious! The pool was amazing, Brian -very hospitable, the garden was wonderful and it was easy to get to the nearby beaches by taxi. The only negative was that all the sunbeds were broken.

Spacious Villa with excellent swimming pool

Spent 2 weeks a this villa, very spacious with all the mod cons you require. Swimming pool and outside space were excellent. Welcome hamper on arrival that was very much appreciated. We did not hire a car but the taxi Brian suggested we use was very fairly priced and we manged to see most of the island. The only small down side was the electricity cost which was more expensive than the UK.

Lovely villa! Pictures don't do it justice!

Brian's villa is beautiful! It is massive inside and has everything you need from great showers, fans, air con, fully fitted out kitchen, dining area comfy beds, dvds and DVD player, tv the list can go on! To add to this, Da comes in every day (except Sunday) to clean! Outside the grounds are lovely and the pictures seriously don't do it justice. The garden is big and the pool is amazing (great size and depth for all!) and is cleaned once a week. There are sun loungers, umbrellas and an outside eating area out of the sun that even has a fan! Big car port for two cars even though we didn't rent a car or bike and the driveway secure with an automatic gate. We mainly used thailands equivalent of uber to get around, Grab. Brian was brilliant too, he organised our taxi transfers, welcomed us on arrival and popped in a couple of times to make sure all was ok and give some recommendations on where to go and eat. He even stocked the fridge with essentials for us on arrival which was a life saver after travelling for over 12 hours! Location wise, it is on a quiet road off the main road down to Rawai so very peaceful. A short walk from the villa is a great Mexican restaurant and a 10/15 min walk there is a great Italian/thai restaurant with a great view (amazing food), Sottovento, and a lovely Indian restaurant by Makro too. Tesco and Makro are a 15 minute walk away so very convenient. Brian recommended a really great restaurant too in Rawai, Archees, that did amazing thai food too! Loved everything about this villa and was so sad to leave! Would definetly book again! Thanks Brian!!!

Probably the best value villa in Phuket!

This place is simply wonderful, great location, Brian the owner could not have done more to make our stay better, a true gentleman. I have spent many months in Thailand over the past couple of years and can honestly say that this place is perfect for the whole family, We will be coming here again, the maid came in every day and did everything we needed, I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing and tranquil holiday. I have paid more for a 1 bed apartment in Spain so this place is great value but by no means a budget villa, a home from home.

Perfect for family and friends

We arrived on 25th February and we were warmly welcomed by Brian the owner. He'd put everyday essentials in the fridge, which was a very nice touch after a long flight from the UK. The location of the villa is in a quiet area, and we enjoyed this as we were not near any nightlife and noise. We took taxi's, which can be arranged with Brian and they are very reasonable price. The accommodation was spacious and well laid out. The air conditioning was needed, as the temperature was well into the 30's. All the rooms are a good size and we found the beds very comfortable. The best part is the out side space. The terrace was delightful and provides a lovely view of the secluded garden overlooking a fabulous good sized pool, which we enjoyed everyday. Home from Home is what we all agreed. We will be hoping to return in the future and would like to thank Brian and Lin for making our stay so memorable.

A privilege to stay here

A superb house with loads of room and an outstanding pool in large gardens .The house has everything you need and more . Brian the owner could not have been kinder or more helpful even being good enough to run us to the local hospital after my wife tore a ligament in her knee the day before we arrived , The house has a cleaner who arrives every day .restaurants and shops within walking distance .A car would be useful but Brisn has a local taxi company who are very reasonable . Only complaint we had was that we didn't stay longer ! Most relaxing week we have had for years.

Perfect retreat

The villa was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Phuket - it was clean, comfortable and convenient, and Brian was extremely accommodating. The location of the villa was perfect for us as we specifically had business in Rawai, but for someone looking to explore it can be a little out of the way (there are small shops and restaurants around the corner for any immediate needs). That being said, a taxi service is readily available for a reasonable price, or if you have a car, beaches and Phuket town are only a drive away. Thanks for a great holiday!

Lovely property with everything you need!

We were a large family party of 11 with the age range of 6months to 60.. This villa had everything we all needed and more. It was also well presented, very comfortable and clean. Brian was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Even the maid service was wonderful. Would definitely return. We all loved it.

Charming and peaceful

We spent 15 amazing days at this great villa. 4 adults and alltogether 6 kids between 2 and 9 years old. We had great expectations when we arrived and we were not disappointed. The house is settled in an quiet area which gives plenty of opportunity for relaxing in private atmosphere. A beautiful garden with a spacy and nice pool. The house itself is also nice, good solutions concerning sleeping and bath/tolilet allows multiple families to have separate "zones". The house is well held but of course you can see that it has been used over the years. A maiden sees that it is cleaned at daily basis (besdies sundays) and she did a great job.The owner Brian lives in the neighborhood and is always "a phonecall away" if anything is needed/you should have any questions. Why don`t we light up the last star? Location. The house is as I wrote in a quiet area (which we liked) but at the same time it is bit "far away" from Things. (shoppingareas, beaches and resturants). This is not a great deal of trouble because through Brian (owner) it is very easy to get in contact with a nice taxidriver that basicly function as your "privat driver" for a reasonable amount of money. Summarized: You get a great deal for a very reasonable prize of money, we`d reccomend it anytime!

Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir leider nicht zufriede

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Allerdings ist Sauberkeit ein Manko. Die Toilettenanlagen und das Bad wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir hatten auch einige Kakerlaken im Haus, was nicht gerade einladend wirkte. In unseren Augen gehört nach Abreise einer Familie - eine mehrstündige Grundreinigung mit mehr Personal samt der Außenanlagen, was hier leider nicht gemacht wird. Schade - denn sonst wäre es eine tolle Villa ....
