Greatstone Barn, a detached ultra-modern and luxurious holiday home. It has four spacious bedrooms, two upstairs and two on the ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom finished with superior limestone tiling with either walk in power shower or luxury bath/shower combination. As its name suggests, this is a spacious, impressive barn conversion, combining the best in innovative style and supreme comfort.

A huge, high-ceilinged entrance hall leads down to an impressive double height living room complete with substantial woodburner, comfortable suite, wide screen TV, DVD & CD player.

Double doors from the sitting room open into the large dining room with full floor to ceiling, south-facing windows. French doors lead onto a large patio and decked area.

Adjoining the dining room is a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen which includes fully integrated appliances. There is a hob with extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges and a freezer.

The entire ground floor benefits from under floor heating ensuring warmth and comfort throughout your stay. There is a working wood burner in the main lounge which guests like to light for that extra cosy feeling!

Outside in the private garden, the patio is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.

Greatstone Barn is one of five self-catering cottages at Great Gutton. At the farm we have a large indoor heated swimming pool and games room with DVD library, pool and table tennis tables and skittle ally.

Booking all or a combination of cottages enables a maximum group size of twenty two with opportunities to eat and socialise as one group. Great for special birthdays, family get togethers or simply to meet up with old friends.

Great Gutton offers you a chance to escape, relax and unwind. About 40 minutes from both the North and South coast and with Exmoor and Dartmoor nearby it s a great place to start exploring from. The busy market town of Crediton is nearby and Exeter is only 20 minutes away with its historic quayside and superb shopping facilities. All the five properties have well equipped kitchens and there is free Wifi in all cottages.
