Its licensed by the Portuguese authorities with register number 21016/AL. The apartment is furnished to a high standard complete with super king-size bed in the bedroom, which unzips to 2 singles if preferred, 2 leather sofa beds in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen including oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink/bidet.
There are air-conditioning units which can also be used to heat in winter. Free and unlimited internet/WiFi is available in the apartment. Two independent TV systems, Cable and Satellite provide access to a wide range of national and international TV channels. The cable/fiber system is integrated with an Android Box, giving instant access to a wide range of apps (eg Netflix, etc). The large sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, table & chairs and is sheltered from the wind, unlike apartments on higher floors which can be windy. You have amazing beach views and can see Vilamoura along the coast (Falesia) in the distance. The pool is reached by stairs or lift and there is private gated underground parking for 2 cars. The car park can be accessed by elevator. The elevator also goes down to level -6, which is street level, making the apartment easily accessible from the resort bars and restaurants and the beach.

Accessibility and Security
The apartment is at ground floor level and can be accessed by wheelchair. The pool area and town/beach can be accessed by lift or ramp. The beach has a ramp down to it. We have 2 easily accessible parking spaces in a secure underground parking area. The apartment has a video/intercom entry system to front door.
Check In / Check out is preferably done on safe and "contactless" mode.

Notes
This apartment will suit couples, families & golfers. Due to its close proximity to the resort it makes it a very stress free location to stay for a holiday. There are fantastic beaches within easy reach & it is close to the popular resorts of Albufeira & Vilamoura. The apartment is less than 40 minutes from Faro airport. Transfers can be booked for approx 60 euros return. We have reversible air-conditioning throughout which can be used for heating in winter.
There is a very high level of repeat business, many guests fell in love with the apartment when they first came & now come back every year. It is furnished it with high quality modern furniture, and our guests comment on how well equipped it is. We have satellite TV with many channels including UK channels and also a DVD Player.
The resort has some amazing restaurants and some friendly bars, and there are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Car hire is not essential, as many facilities are within easy walking distance.

Golf
There are a large number of golf courses close by. It is 2.8km to Pine Cliffs 9 hole golf course, 2.5km to Balaia Golf, 9 hole golf course. It is under 15k the Dom Pedro 18 hole courses (Originally Oceanico). These the Old Course, the Millenium. The Laguna, the Pinhal. It is 15km to the 18 hole Salgados course, just west of Albufeira and 21km to Vale de Lobo courses and the Royal, the Ocean. A total of 29 golf courses in the Algarve region are all within 60 minutes drive of Olhos de Agua.

Outside
The apartment has a 45 sq metre sun terrace, which is one of the largest in the complex and unlike those on higher floors is completely sheltered from wind. You can enjoy the sun all day long, but shade is available if the sun gets too much. There is a table, 4 chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers on the large terrace, which overlooks the beach and pool area. The pool area has a shower and can be accessed by lift or stairs.
The lift in the complex also goes down to -6 and -4 which is street level in the resort. Alternatively if you are energetic, you can use the steps that come out right next to the beach by La Cigale restaurant. Street parking is available but in high season the area is very busy, so we have the luxury of 2 parking spaces in the underground parking gargage, accessible by lift.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service
Bathroom towels, bed linen & cleaning is included. The apartment will be full cleaned before & after your stay, If you require linen changed mid-stay there will be a charge of 35EUR. Beach towels can be rented for 20EUR for 4/10EUR for 2, and must be booked in advance.

Olhos de Agua
Olhos d’Agua has a lot to offer couples and families in the summer, when entertainment, sunshine and fun are easy available and accessible. In the winter, the area remains popular with holiday makers or residents due to the abundance of warm weather, amazing outdoor activities and many golf clubs close by. There are 39 golf clubs in the Algarve and 15 of those are wthin a 30 minute drive from the apartment in Olhos d’ Agua. For boat lovers, both Albufeira and Vilamoura marinas are only a short drive away. There are dozens of beaches close by offering secluded coves or long stretches of golden sand. The magnificent caves around Benagil, one of Europe’s true wonders are close by too, with daily boat trips leaving for the caves from either marina. Albufeira old town is always worth a visit. The old town is lovely with lots of shops, market stalls, restaurants, bars and cafes open all year round. The town square comes alive at night with music. The square is surrounded by trees and colourful shrubs. The old town restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets are so are ideal for a full meal or just a snack and also good for just a cool drink. The streets in and close to the square offer everything from clothes, leather goods, drinks and of course, all the shops needed for daily necessities.Vilamoura and its Marina are also less than 30m away by car for a walk or a meal in one of the various restaurants available.

Beaches
In addition to the beach at Olhos de Água, in the vicinity, within walking distance, there are spectacular beaches. To the west, a short distance on foot, you will find Maria Luísa beach. To the east is the magnificent Praia da Falésia with a sand of about 7km, allowing for long walks, watching magnificent sunsets or finding a spot just for you and your family in the immensity of the beach. This beach extends from Barranco das Belharucas to Falésia de Vilamoura beach. It is easily accessible at low tide or via the cliff tracks when the tide is high. From these cliffs you can enjoy magnificent views around you!
