At last, one of Walla Walla’s most stately and iconic homes now opens its doors to you. This one-of-a-kind 1909 neo-classical gem has been lovingly and meticulously restored to its original glory outside, and inside, updated throughout with a stylish mix of artistic elegance and worldly comforts.

Climb the welcoming front porch and step inside - the eclectic vibe of this place will pull you through every room as you explore and discover its curated art collection, its effortless blend of boutique and modern furnishings, and its one of a kind found objects – every room reveals itself, at once both classic and cool.

From the rooftop sun porch to the basement billiards game room - from the theatre room to the generous chef's kitchen – the seven sumptuous bedrooms and the four elegant marble bathrooms – the masculine front parlor and the sultry dining room - you'll know immediately, there is nothing else like Boyer House. Turn on some music, mix a drink or pour some wine, and relax into the embrace of this special place.

Additional services are available when staying at Boyer House. Wake up to a home cooked breakfast prepared by a private Chef or maybe a gourmet picnic basket for your day of wine tasting. Our House Event Planner can recommend an itinerary to ensure you make the most of your time in the Walla Walla valley – and can arrange private tours and tastings.

While you are out exploring, we can offer a freshen-up and turn down service. Since Boyer House is centrally located, blocks from downtown and steps from Whitman College your exploration of Walla Walla will be effortless.

Amazing Walla Walla Stay!

The Boyer House was nothing short of spectacular. We had a group that thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and location for a birthday weekend full of great dinners and wine tastings. The house has everything you need to entertain, and is simply amazing. Additionally, our host Kasey was extremely responsive throughout and set us up for success. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Golf Weekend with the Fellas

The Boyer house was everything to be expected and more. Communication with Kasey was a breeze with immediate responses on any inquiries. The house is well appointed for large groups, and the outdoor areas are quiet and private. Great location-walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms.

Walla Walla beauty

The Boyer House is not only beautiful, but very welcoming and has a cozy feel as well. The entire space is wonderful for a larger group. We enjoyed having the plush robes for morning coffee together and evening games, the surrounding neighborhood for walks. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic Experience

Beautiful, upgraded house with all the amenities for a large group of friends/family to enjoy. Great location for a short walk to downtown & access to other Walla Walla activities. Wine weekend getaway

An amazing home...beautifully appointed in every way! There was plenty of room for our large group both in and outside the home. The location and walkability to the neighboring area and downtown can't be beaten. We will definitely stay here, again.

Wow.

We stayed here to celebrate my sis-in-law’s and dear friend’s 40th birthdays. The photos for this listing are already beautiful, but we were stunned at how much you truly can’t capture in the photos. The scale and attention to detail in this home made our jaws drop. We poured a glass of wine for each of our friends as they arrived to give them the grand tour. The house is 110+ years old but we realized after the first night that no floor creaked. Ever. Even in the attic.This opulent, well-cared-for mansion feels like a museum while also wrapping you up in a cozy hug that feels like home. There are unique pieces of artwork in every room, plush rugs that span the length of each room, William Sonoma cookware and Riedel glassware, comfy beds, bathrobes to wear while you drink your coffee on the back patio, freshly mowed lawn, oiled Boos cutting boards, heated marble floors. We wanted to never leave. As we were checking out we realized we never saw a tv (aside from the movie room projector) and never would’ve needed one - we had far too much fun spending time together in each of the curated spaces of the house. Kasey was super attentive and super kind. An unforgettable trip. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely perfect location and property. Attention to detail is remarkable. Property is wonderful and was perfect for 4 adult couples. Owners could not have been more accommodating and supportive. Highly recommend!

Incredible Property!

There is so much history in this property. It has been very well preserved, but also updated with modern day luxuries, elegant furnishings, and a great art collection throughout. Our group of ten would have been just as happy hanging out at Boyer House all weekend and never leaving. (Although our wine tasting excursion was also pretty fabulous!) Would love to do the trip again next year!

Done to perfection

The Boyer House is just stunning. Every detail you can think of is in this house. The kitchen is stocked with anything you can think of. The Sonos system throughout the house was wonderful to enjoy. There is a manual for the whole house if you have any questions on where something is or how to work something. Kasey was very prompt with any questions we had and accommodated our needs and then some. Our group had infants, toddlers, and young children. They were in heaven throughout this house. We will definitely be back to the beautiful and entertaining Boyer House.

What a great house and experience. House was extremely clean, well appointed and a great place to relax and hangout in the evenings. Owner/Manager was a breeze to work with and very helpful in recommendations and helping us plan a great trip! Will be back for sure.

Perfect location - beautiful home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Boyer House. The house was immaculate with attention to every detail. Throughout our 3 night stay we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor dining for both informal and formally catered dinners for our party of 10. We learned that it is a local favorite for chefs to cater at - with its beautifully fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous dining spaces. Each of our guests (5 couples total) commented that they really loved the home and would recommend and and rent it on future visits to Walla Walla.

Great Property!

This is a high end property that is really well equipped. There were plenty of supplies and the house is really unique. We enjoyed a great group weekend wine tasting across Walla Walla.

Pictures don’t do this beautiful setting justice

Worth the price. All the amenities you can imagine and then some. This home provided the best hospitality without a host. The bedding, towels, kitchen necessities were perfectly equipped for our group of 12 ladies. We dined in the gorgeous dining room, danced in the front room, settled in the masculine den. The fireplaces were burning. The games in the game room were perfectly suited to entertain us to the fullest extent. We couldn’t have asked for a better get away. The outdoor patio was stunning. The surround sound sonos system allowed us to migrate our dance party where ever we were. Thank you for sharing your elegance with us!
