This was such a great apartment for our trip to London. The location was perfect, walking distance to so many of our "must see" places. What wasn't within walking distance, was just a quick walk to the tube and we easily got to any other location we wanted.It was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, even though our adventures didn't really call for any cooking. But we did make use of the fridge, kettle and toaster for our morning tea and toast before heading out. The water pressure was what dreams are made of! I have pretty long, thick hair, so it saved me so much time!!Mike was fantastic with communication and was always very prompt whenever we had any questions. Checking in and out was easy and very efficient! Our only complaint was the bed and seating. The one tiny couch was extremely soft and not very supportive and the other two chairs were great, but we ended up needing to use them as beds. The actual bed was quite frankly the softest mattress I have ever come across, we even double checked to see if it was an air-mattress. If you're young, this probably won't be an issue for you. But as we are both in our early 50's and a past broken back from my husband, it was down right horrible. But we were able to pull the chairs out into makeshift beds, so just shifted the bedding from the bed to them, which saved both of our backs!! All said, I would 100% stay here again and recommend it for anyone (without back issues) to stay while visiting London.
