Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva are two adjacent and connected villas within the private family estate of Tenuta Santa Cristina, offering elegant accommodation for up to 16 guests in the beautiful Sabina countryside just 50 km from Rome.
Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards, the estate offers a peaceful and authentic Italian atmosphere while remaining close to the Eternal City.
The villas are ideal for large families, groups of friends, reunions or special gatherings who wish to enjoy the privacy of the countryside while still being within easy reach of Rome and central Italy. The property offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to enjoy time together while also having privacy when desired.
The villas are surrounded by spacious gardens and terraces designed for relaxation and outdoor living. A large pergola with barbecue area and a wooden outdoor dining table seating up to 16 guests makes the perfect setting for long Italian dinners under the stars.
Guests also enjoy a large completely private swimming pool (14 × 7 m) with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The pool area also includes two private changing cabins.
Within the estate guests can also enjoy a shared tennis court and five-a-side football pitch and a table tennis.
Villa Domitilla is also fully wheelchair accessible and fitted to host guests with disabilities.

Rome is only about 50 km away, making the villa perfect for day trips to the city while staying in peaceful countryside surroundings. Nearby you can also explore Umbria and Tuscany.
